It is surrounded by truck stops and highway and homeless. We saw a homeless man almost get hit, seemingly drunk, crossing the road. Highway noise is horrible. Front desk staff the worst I have ever encountered in my 40 years of traveling!! Rude, rude, rude!!!! Refused to give me her name. Because we booked through hotels.com, she treated us horribly and even said oh you booked through a third party. We ended up leaving after being treated so poorly and went down a few miles to the Hilton Garden Inn in Gallup, and could wipe the tears away from my experience! Glad we left as we were treated so well at Hilton and came away with a positive, wonderful experience, the best in Gallup I would say! We signed up to be BW rewards, but after this will never go back to a BW!! Oh also front desk girl at BW locked the front doors on me to get out and said oh you can walk around the back to get back to your car. She said or you can use your hands to try and open the automated door. She said: you can just leave!! There are a lot better choices in Gallup, stay away from here!

Located on the West side of Gallup right off of I40. Room was noisy with Interstate traffic. Breakfast was good.

Rooms were okay. The night staff needs to be more helpful with a smile on his face. He was rude and how he check us in was not greeting.

Breakfast could use more options but it was still a convenience that we didn’t have to pay elsewhere, and it was still good. Staff are friendly. Beds are little hard but not too bad. Overall it was a great stay.

Don’t get the room next to the elevator. You will hear it all night. We had room 312 and the elevator sounds like an airplane all night. The weekend we stayed was NN fair so we had no choice but to stay in our room.
