I've stayed here couple of times now and the hotel is clean and comfortable. Customer service is great compared to the Flagstaff az location. Also this property is in better condition than the Flagstaff az location.

S this was a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and smelled nice. There was a little wear and tear on the walls but nothing major. Beds were clean and comfortable. Everything about the stay was lovely. If I came through Gallup again I would definitely stay here.

Staff was amazing and helpful

The AC did not work. The building was old and not well maintained. The towels were stained and no washcloths were available. The staff was rude and offered no apologies for inconvenience or filth. We checked out and continued on our way. Sometimes, reviews are skewed, but I encourage you to heed the warnings and select another location.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Checking in was a breeze and overall felt safe. Room was older but everything worked fine.

1st rm the door wouldn't lock. 2nd rm the ac wouldn't work

The hotel is a bed to sleep in and that's what I needed. The tv didn't work and the room showed obvious signs of wear but that's ok. The guy at the front desk didn't seem super happy to be there either but the stay was fine.

Overall a clean and well staffed facility. Sure would have liked a more expansive breakfast though, even if costing a few bucks more.

Just dont go here. They advertise free wifi; however, they have a laminated sign that says NO WIFI at the registration desk. I asked specifically before checking in, is the wifi working? I was told it was, it was a LIE! It never worked and when I checked out they admited that it is not working. The room was dirty, and the bed was hard and horriable. Free breakfast had NO protien of any kind. It was the bare minimum, and not at all what I would expect from a choice hotel. Needs MANY maintance items done, and in disrepair. Just don't go here, you will be happy somewhere else.

Clean room. No wifi. Minimum breakfast. Overall, good sleep.
