Rooms were cleaned and people were so loud the it caused disturbance to us that wanted to get some rest… need to upgrade there mattresses also there head board was barely hanging on to the wall.

A very pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, the condition of the room also left much to be desired. We found hair in both of the beds, the carpets had noticeable stains, and there was only one washcloth provided in the bathroom. There was also an unpleasant smell throughout the building that made the stay less comfortable. We only encountered one staff member during our stay. When we first saw him, we actually thought he was a guest because of the way he was dressed. For someone representing a hotel, we feel that a more professional and appropriate appearance would have made a better impression. Overall, there were several cleanliness, maintenance, and professionalism issues that need attention. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements for future guests.

Night staff was friendly, very helpful and accommodating.

Justin is by far the best in the land! I've stayed at motels and hotels all over the USA, up and down the highways, not just Route 66, downtowns, uptown, and ghetto sides of town. Many great hotel proprietors in this amazing nation, but nobody comes close to price, condition, accommodation, friendliness, cleanliness, helpfulness, kindness, and comfort of Justin and Knights Inn of Gallup New Mexcio! I'd take this place over any 5 star hotel coast to coast! I quote get you kicks on 66 song: "if you plan to motor west, rest at Knights Inn Gallup, they are the best". Will stay here everytime I need rest in Gallup again! Call Justin today if your traveling I40!

The air conditioning was great, it was nice and cool. The room was clean.

Despite not having all the amenities advertised on Expedia, the attendant was extremely helpful and hospitable. He ensured we had everything we needed to make up for the anticipated accessibility amenities and that our stay was convenient, which it absolutely was. He made a possibly disappointing situation much better. Thanks again for your attentiveness.

Very comfortable stay. The room is always clean and everything will always works.
-
Room was ok but carpet could used deep cleaning . Nice location.
-
For a motel, this place is good. The guy running the place obviously cares. Pool was clean, everything in the room worked. Comfortable beds. Would stay here again.

The front desk employee was very helpful and professional! Accommodated my reservation even though Expedia didn’t provide all the necessary information. Great customer service!

I believe every hotel/motel provider should remove this hotel from their listings. My family was terrified the entire night. The shower/tub was disgustingly rusted, and the sink was plugged. I should have known better, but I thought there was a pool for the kids, and a breakfast. We were told the manager said since there was a pool, they felt it made up for no breakfast.

Staff is awesome, very accommodating to my needs!
-
Reserved a "suite" but they said they had no suites available, Rm 220 is where we stayed, heaviness in the room, carpets stained, tiles in bathroom were loose, felt unstable, no shampoos soaps etc,
-
Establishment before, and most recently they have been uncooperative and unreasonable to give me a room for the night even though I paid in advance and was lied to about a virtual payment not be able to process for the night. I was very disappointed and no refund was attempted by the establishment or hotels dot com.

Guy shows up at 10pm trying to talk his way into our room. Wouldn't go.away. We had to call management to have him removed. Not a safe place

If you stay there you'll have to pay an additional $2.50 when you get there Gallup NM forces customers of hotels and motels to pay for the local convention center
