Best Western Plus Gallup Inn & Suites

The property was up to date, clean, and quiet. We were disappointed that the whirlpool was out of order after our long drive. Otherwise, it was fine. We got a suite with a full kitchen, so we could cook our own meal, which was nice.

There were ants in the room but otherwise it was clean. The breakfast didn't have anything I like.

It was clean and breakfast was great

The place is always clean and the staff are always super nice. The only thing was the hot tub didn’t with the first night but it worked the second night. Overall it’s always a pleasant stay.

Convenient, and quiet stop for our road trip.

This is an older hotel, but updated well. It’s across the street from the El Rancho which was a wonderful recommendation for dinner by the front desk. We were only there overnight but the bed was comfy, the room was quiet and the breakfast was good.

The hotel was right next to a street, so there was some very loud car engines and screeching tires. I was very disappointed with Best Western Plus.

We enjoyed our stay there. The place was clean and the people were helpful. We did not have enough time to enjoy the amenities but they seem good. Breakfast was good, I enjoyed the waffles. It would be nice to have yogurt but maybe next time

So this hotel was very clean, comfortable and the breakfast was great. I would love to give it five stars. The problem came when the fire alarm went off at 2:50 am and then again three more times between then and 4:00 am. We had just arrived that evening and then had an early start with an 8 hour drive the next day. Needless to say, we did not get any rest. I understand that these things happen. I guess the issue I have is that I reached out to the hotel and really only got an "I'm sorry." Not exactly sure what I was expecting but it would have been nice to have been compensated in some way. Apparently the alarm was due to another guest using a humidifier in their room. Just seems like something like that should not keep the entire hotel awake, not to mention it was a little scary not really knowing what was going on.

The hotel was great, super clean, comfortable beds, staff was very attentive at check in & out, as you walk by staff greeted you. Parking was nice, pool & jacuzzi was relaxing. Felt very safe with security guards highly visible walking around in hotel & parking areas they greeted us too. We didnt get a chance to have breakfast but the display daily menu look good. Free coffee & muffins 😋 lobby area. Stay, relax, visit historical el rancho across the street. I recommend this place 👌

We always stay here when we stop in Gallup. Super friendly staff, amazing breakfast, ample parking, clean rooms, easy access to the highway. We checked in late but were happy to see some complimentary muffins and a coffee/tea/hot water station available. Room was large with great AC and very clean bathroom. Staff were all extremely friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Lots of food options that rotate day to day for those staying longer. Had amazing green chili with the eggs, potatoes, and sausages that we made into burritos with the provided tortillas. There were also breads, cereals, yogurt, oatmeal, muffins, and fruit available as well. We were able to park easily and felt very safe. We’ll always stay here!

Great breakfast, nice room, with attention to detail. Not fancy but everything felt cared for and special.

Everything about or stay was top notch. Stayed with our 3 kids and had an amazing time. Will stay again next time in gallup.

Convenient location and super friendly staff. The surrounding area is pretty rough. But the parking lot has overnight security, which was a great bonus.
