Everything was to our liking. There are no complaints here.

Very good

The room was comfy, breakfast good. Staff very helpful. Hotel in good location for sites we wanted to see.

Very nice place I've used before. For some reason this time there was a lot of motorcycle and vehicle noise until about midnight. Could have been due to it being a Saturday night but being on the north side of the building was not very quiet. No other complaints.

Everything Nothing

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff were pleasant and helpful. Towels were thin

People were very friendly. The suite has a full kitchen and separate bedroom. Fresh painted. -

This was the second stay at this location. The first time, the staff was friendlier and we were offered bottled water upon arrival. The television also had all channels available. This visit none of those happened. Was disappointed.

This is one of the older Best Western hotels, the room was adequate but not the best. Staff was nice

Bed sagged in the middle bad pillows were to fat for my liking especially on that saggy of a bed bathroom sink leaked

The property was great. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, the staff helpful and the coffee excellent. However, I had to make my own reservation with the hotel when I arrived for the night I wanted. My experience with the Expedia App was very unsatisfactory. Somehow the Expedia App reserved the night after the date I wanted. I was trying to change it when the app sent the reservation through anyway. I tried the Chat feature on the App twice and lost the connection twice. Finally, I got a call back from a live Expedia agent on my cell phone and was told the reservation was not refundable, but that they would give me a $50 credit on my Expedia account. That app needs to be fixed so that no registration is made until the user clearly checks a box saying they are ready to make the reservation after reviewing it. That was not the case here. I was told by both Expedia and the hotel staff to contact the other party and try to get the reservation I did not intent to make canceled. So I ended up paying for 2 consecutive nights, one of which I did not intend to reserve and could not use.

Very comfortable atmosphere. Friendly staff. Good area. Convenient to walk to the restaurant at El Rancho Hotel on the other side of the road. Great breakfast. Nothing I can think of.

Customer service was great! We were greeted warmly by the front desk attendant. The room was clean and comfy, housekeeping is excellent! The breakfast was great. Everything was perfect! The pool and hot tub were great also

There were children running the hallways late and early, the TV in the room next door was on loud all night. The fire alarm kept going off in a room down the hall
