The place is awesome!

This is such a wonderful place to stay. The lobby has such a homie character. The secret room behind the bookcase is a gem. The rooms are small but take you back in time! Lovely! I would stay here again!

Classic details for theme of the property with attention to the history of the place. Given the age of the building, Im sure a lot to maintain and costly. Prices were very fair. Clean room and bathroom amenities very nice. Just very tight quarters for a bathroom. But I get it. Would recommend anyone to stay there. Part of the American West at its finest.

This is by far the coolest hotel I've ever stayed in! The decor was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the gift shop was amazing!

What a very quaint historical place on Route 66. Great restaurant and tavern and the absolute BEST staff I’ve ever seen at a hotel. From our check in to the restaurant to the lounge; EVERY ONE was superb!

Such a historic hotel. Loved our visit

We enjoyed our stay completely. Staff was wonderful everytime we interacted with them. We pointed out the spelling error of the name of one the Hollywood stars on the doors and they were very appreciative and said they would inform management to have it corrected. It was nice to walk the halls and see the names of so many famous people who have stayed there.

Staff was very friendly. Unique hotel

Old time vibe I requested a room on the main building but got placed in the annex The annex room did not cool down.
-
The parking was so limited we had to drive around waiting for someone to leave. The bathroom was so small there was less than a foot between the toilet and the bathroom sink.
-
Had to call down for a hair dryer but they delivered it in 2 minutes!

We were in the hotel part and although the room was small it was perfect. Very clean & comfortable. The public areas were exceptional. We spent ages exploring the hotel and absolutely loved it. Would return again. Highly recommend Nothing it's perfect

Breakfast was disappointing, the food was lukewarm and staff was unattentive.
