It was quiet, even on the dog floor. We took 2 dogs with us and the floor we were on had all dogs. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We would return.

Easy check in, staff was friendly, helpful and amazing. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and pillows were amazing, I need them for home. Love the late check out. They even texted after I got in my room to make sure everything was OK and they were there if I needed anything. Check out also super easy. 10 out of 10, would recommend. Will stay again when traveling to and from CA to CO.

Everything was being worked on. The gym was closed, the laundry was closed, the elevator was on its last leg. A complete joke

Have more than trash in room. Put tea bags in room. The walls are to thin. Can hear people being on phone

Location was good. Pool and other areas were under construction and we were offered to get refund and go to another hotel. Too much hassle to do that. Room was ok, but hotel needs updating. Luggage cart was awful. I didn't really care to hear a cat meowing...didn't realize animals would be on our floor. With allergies to cats, I should have moved when offered...

We had made a reservation to stay here but they had no record of it. Luckily they had a room we could rent.
