Quality Inn & Suites Gallup I-40 Exit 20

Our room AC did not work well. Our shower tub was clogged and TV did not work. Overall my stay was not the best.

Couch had stains on it which grossed me out. Bed was clean thankfully. Gnats in the sink. People up above my room stomped around the whole time. I almost left but after 10 hrs of driving 3 days in a row, I needed the sleep. Old school tv no Netflix or amenities. Coffee maker and coffee, the worst of the worst.

Got bed bugs here. Bites all over and the management did nothing but try to argue that they don’t have bed bugs. They do! Spare yourself.

Friendly staff .. easy to get to , walking dista to food

Room was good, comfy, AC worked great, coffee was wonderful. The tub took forever to drain and pressure wasn’t ideal, but we made due. Not bad for a off the road hotel. Only stayed one night, but felt safe enough so I’d recommend with these things in mind.

Great place to stay. Walmart and pizza 9 is near the area. Rested well

Breakfast nothing special. Room shower tub fills with water when shower on. Seal on outer door needs to be replaced light came right thru it. Didn’t really looked closed. Hot tub not working nothing on website stating fact. Would not stay there again

Room was older but comfortable. Really impressed about the property. Breakfast was delicious. Pool and hot tub are a must! Will stay here when we need to.

I really like the hotel; I usually stay here when in town. It is in a good location and can walk right over to Applebee's or Cracker Barrel for meals.

Regresé inmediatamente a reclamar, porque nosotros aún nos encontrábamos dentro de la propiedad. No entiendo cómo pudieron entrar a la habitación si la hora de salida es a las 11:00 a. m.. Además, cada vez que viajamos a Nuevo México nos hospedamos en este hotel, por lo que nos resulta muy decepcionante que haya ocurrido una situación como esta. Esperamos que investiguen lo sucedido y nos den una explicación y una solución.

Very dated property. Clean enough.

No room service whatsoever, through our own trash & picked up our own towels.

Needs a elevator for the upper floors especially for seniors

First of all, MOST OF THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE HOTEL. I checked in on my birthday. I wanted a relaxing night. The problem was that the water was out. I hoped it would be back on but they told me it would be at least 12 hours. There was a problem with the water in that part of the city. This is not the hotel's fault, but what were they willing to do to accommodate for the inconvenience? NOTHING. Sorry, you cannot take a shower. Sorry, you cannot have a drink of water. My birthday sucked and I had to drive several hours the next day, without a shower. NOT FUN.

I was impressed with the very attentive staff who kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked.

Great convenient spot. Staff was super nice.

The room was nice and clean. However the bathroom needs a fan and the refrigerator was off and thought it wasn't working properly. But it was okay after a while.

No elevators, air conditioning was noisy even on low. Could hear neighbors loud TV thru the wall at 2am. Pet friendly area located near dumpsters (smelly) had no grass, no bags, no trash can

Shower was slippery

Quiet for a friday night which was nice. nice fellow at the desk.
