I didn’t like the fact that when we arrived the hotel had no record of our reservation. I think booking.com dropped the ball. They were able to get us into our rooms and I appreciated that

Only a 2nd-floor room available & we are in our mid-70s. It's very difficult to take luggage up two flights of stairs. NO Elevator!! That should never be listed always.. Room was not very clean. Bathroom floor had someone else's hair & floor needed sweeping & mopping.

Nothing they couldn't find our reservation even after giving them the confirmation # and we're full then charged our debt. We got charged for a room we never got

The room was clean, but you could tell it was used for hotels tonight. My only complaint was the tv remote was filthy, sticky and falling apart.

We got a room on the bottom floor. the guy upstairs was loud, when he walked around you could hear him thumping around, we could hear the people next door flushing their toilet. Walls must be thin. The room smelled of moist and bathroom floor was dirty. I was glad i had brought slippers to wear around in the room.

For an accessible room, this kind of oversight is unacceptable. A clog that severe should have been caught and reported by housekeeping long before any guest arrived. I notified the front office, but this issue should never have reached a customer.

Good price. There was ants and other bugs coming in from under the door.

Found finger nails in the bed and the sheets were stained all in all would never stay there again

rooms are always clean and quiet always able to park close to my room, food ding options are within walking distance , early morning breakfast has a great selection

A/C worked Very noisy. Sounds coming from all directions. Absolutely no grass anywhere for dogs to use.

Quick and easy check in with helpful staff. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Seemed old and outdated rooms, had old smell. Breakfast was fairly decent. Staff nice.

Check in was great , very helpful staff. Unfortunately our A/C wasn’t working, so we had to have a technician come out to fix it. Finally had cold air.
