Hampton Inn Garden City

the room was ready and very clean when I arrived after a very long trip on the road. /the check in staff was very nice and gave clear instructions where our room was and the elevator. Breakfast was the very best I have ever had and the air conditioner was working when I arrived and kept my room clean I would stay here when I come back thru maybe next year

In the restroom the sink was not draining properly

The bed was very comfortable, my husband slept through the night for the first time on our trip without tossing and turning or be awakened by other guests in hallways. They have a wonderful breakfast area, we enjoyed seeing how well the breakfast buffet was laid out, you didn’t feel too confined. We would definitely stay there when visiting.

Everything looked new and nice in the room. The shower had mold around the doors and some water damage on the same wall. The ac was very noisy but did keep the room temp controlled well. Bed was better than most economical places. We don’t eat there but saw typical breakfast included fare. Would probably stay again.

Idk what waa foing on at the property. The front desk waa trying to get me to cancel my reservation, wait for the refund from Expedia and pay with them. I did not do that. I rold the hotel that the billing issue was between them and Expedia, not me. I had already paid. I got checked in after about 45, they kept calling "MGMT" because i wouldnt cancel my Expedia reservation.

Great hotel to unwind with the pool or hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the property was clean. The staff was so friendly and nice. Breakfast included in the AM.

The room was clean and everything worked as expected for a room that price. The staff was available and answered questions but could do nothing about the closed pool and spa. The only reason I stayed there was for the advertised indoor pool. I think a hotel chain that size could keep the pool open to the public. Other reviews I read also stated the pool was closed. I am not sure this is false advertising because the have a pool even though it is not open to the public. I will not be taken in again. The hot breakfast was good with bacon potatoes and eggs. Also cereals fruits and juices or make your own pancakes or waffles. This is the only reason for that much rating.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and everything met our expectations.

When asked for extra towels was told they didnt have any towels

IT WAS OK NOTHNG FANCY, DATED, BREAKFAST WAS NOT AT ALL APPETIZING. RUBBER EGGS AND BACON AND NOTHING THAT LOOKED OR SOUNDED GOOD AT ALL.

Nice location, clean room, wonderful staff. Kind of noisy.

Smells like the sewer in the hallway. We had to fix our own television. Staff was no help. Things were broken—-we tried to change the toilet paper roll and the holder flew off the wall.

Overall fairly clean. The room was spacious and nice. I called ahead to get a 'quiet' room and the staff put my room on one of the ends. (much appreciated) The TV didnt initially work, I had to figure out how to fix it on my own. Minor inconvenience, but not a big deal.
