Elevator floor sticky, warm water in tub, air conditioning kept going off & it got hot in the room. I have stayed there many times with no problems but this stay was horrible. Don’t know if l will stay there again

The door was very hard to get open, because the door frame and door lock was sticking. My shower had no hot water.

The staff insulted the town that I live in for no reason at check in. The water in the shower was luke warm at best at night and cold in the morning. The staff closed the pool at 9 even though the book says 10 and the hot tub did not work. The cable box did not work in room 216 ( there was no cable to the box), the other 2 rooms that I rented, for our get together, did. Also the wifi was not good enough to stream the free channels on their vizio. Our room had less than a 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper, not going to work with my wife and 2 daughters, and the staff gave my wife an attitude when asking for another roll. I didn't bother trying their breakfast so can't comment on that but the place sucks and we will not be back.

Great place to stay....highly recommend!

We were also not able to use the pool-it was under some kind of repairs or maintenance, or waiting for certification. We got several different stories from the clerks. One of the clerks did give us a discount because of that-which we appreciated.

Spotless, comfortable bed, AC effective, decent breakfast and parking. Close enough to downtown St Louis. We enjoyed dinner in the baseball stadium. Pre buy tickets to the Arch or you can’t go up into it ☹️

A place that wish I would could of gone back in time and reserved a place where the pool worked, the bed sheets didn’t have wholes in them and the door to the room didn’t have to break into every time you were trying to get in or out of. Then on top of that you get multiple charges of certain amounts when you were told by the staff at the front desk that it was only going to cost me a certain amount and I kept getting charged more and more. I go to the front desk and I just keep getting the run around from the General Manager as well.

Front desk was absent most of the stay, upon check in he was in back room with his feet up had to c all for him, anf he was rude and they refused cash. The lobby smelled like Sulphur, the lemon water on the lobby wasn't changed for days. Upon getting to the room the smell of cooking food filled the hallway and the room door was malfunctioning. The hot tub pool.and fitness center were out of order, tje only reasons I booked this property was for those amenities with bad back and family with mu small grandchildren coming to vist so had to cancel plans. After checking in there was a group of people smoking Marijuana in the parking lot, I was never told about breakfast wjen wr arrived there was caution rope across the food area based on the other amenities a sage assumption was not available until our last day checking out three was food . I would never book here again and intend on contacting the hotels.com app again for a credit. The property was not as advertised, oj and they stole my wife's hair towel.she uses after getting it dyed.

The first room we had, had hair all over the bed on the sheets, and tub. they were very good gave us a different room, tub had a ring, went to get disinfectant wipes and cleaned it, pool was closed. Breakfast was ok

The pool was closed when we visited, which was disappointing.

I would not book a stay at this Hotel again. There was trash on the ground outside. You could smell smoke in the hallways from someone smoking. The covers did not fit the bed right. The pillows were poor quality (they were lumpy). I went down to the vending machine and it was broken. I noticed a few crickets crawling on the floor. Breakfast was good; however lots of flies flying around. On the upside, the hotel staff was friendly. I tried to ask the morning maid a question and she couldn’t understand English.

Breakfast was decent, the pool was closed and no information about that at time of booking, trash was left in drawers in my room

We had two separate rooms. One room was so dirty. Shower was filthy. Urine on the toilet seat. Sink counter was dirty. This was room 111. It was like they gave the room away and didn’t clean it before hand. We have pictures. Everything is old and run down. With the other room, 220, only thing decent was the mattress. Our bathroom toilet wasn’t working since we got there. We had asked the man downstairs for a plunger. He never came up stairs. We asked multiple times and he said he would try and find one but he didn’t have the keys to the closet. So we were without a bathroom for 4 people all night. We finally got a plunger with the morning staff. Sheets were dirty thank god we had others to use. And other blankets. My son used the pull out couch to sleep. That mattress was so worn down. You felt the springs instantly. No pillows or blankets with it. So how do you advertise that as a way to sleep but don’t offer that with it ? The couch itself was very dirty and smelled. As soon as we took the pull out bed out, there was garbage on it. Meaning they didn’t check it before giving the room away. At the end of the day, I would never stay here again. I honestly wish I asked for some type of refund after all that.

Honestly would never stay here again. The room was so dirty. We travel to Garden city a lot and have stayed at almost every hotel in town. Just whatever’s price is decent, and this is one we will never book again.

It is going through a remodel, so the lobby was pretty dusty from construction. The room was very clean. The receptionist was difficult to understand as I don't think English was her native language, but I was able to get checked in after a little confusion. I'd have liked a little bigger pillows, but I managed well with what was provided.
-
Never a cart available for check in or check out. Construction going on, I think they were using them. No thermostat on the wall in our room. Electric plugs in the lamp between the beds wouldn't work.
-
No hot water. Tv didn’t work. Staff worked on tv and finally got it working. Expedia price was a joke. Won’t be there again

Very disappointed with my stay at Comfort Inn. The room was extremely noisy, and the AC unit was detached from the wall, letting cold air and outside noise come in all night. The staff wasn’t rude, but definitely not welcoming or helpful — at one point we were basically told to stay somewhere else if we didn’t agree with the price. Overall, not a pleasant experience and not what we expected.

The room I initially reserved was available the next day. The staff was helpful in accommodating us. The room I reserved through Booking.com was not available upon arrival. Booking.com overbooked the hotel and my room was given away. I will not be using Booking.com again. Also, the hotel was undergoing reservations and this made the place look dirty and shabby.

The stay was ok.
