Room was nice. Tv way too small. Night clerk extremely nasty. After driving all day I don't want to deal with anyone's lousy attitude. I'm sure the hotel can do better than employing a grouch who doesn't want to be around people

Sleep Inn was very clean; the third-floor hallway was pretty warm, but everything appeared to be clean. The Clarion Inn pool in the conference center definitely could have been cleaned better.

We didn’t stay at Sleep Inn. When we arrived we were told that our reservation had been transferred to the Clarion Inn, which was next door. Actually the Clarion Inn was very comfortable - much nicer than the Sleep Inn. But your survey did not mention the Clarion Inn…

A good room for the price, and the b'fast buffet was pretty good as well. There were no bowls for the oatmeal and when we asked the attendant she didn't offer any suggestions or apologies. Just, "No. No bowls." Otherwise a good stay and b'fast.

Stay was great. Rooms were dated and bathroom door stuck on jam and was a bit of a challenge.

When we checked in we were told their computer system was down so could not check in. We were upgraded to the hotel next door. It was nice, but my sister and I asked to split the bill (we travel to GC 5/6 a year) and other hotels have done it. When we checked our credit cards to ensure we got the $115.50 rate (1/2=$57.50) we were billed $77.50. I also had another charge of $37.74? I was told the computer system charges an extra $20 for incidentals and would be credited back to us. She had no idea what the $37 charge was. I was told we are both to watch our cards to see if it does reflect the $115.50 as stated this week.

Due to the breakdown of door key system at Sleep Inn. I was forcefully relocated to the neighboring Clarion Inn. I do not have any direct experience with Sleep Inn Garden City, therefore I assign the average score for it. The door key system was down on my check-in day, so I was forcefully relocated to the neighboring Clarion Inn. Sleep Inn did not inform me in advance, so I was surprised when the staff told me about it when checking in.

My fridge was broken and was replaced ASAP was impressed 👍
