Clean room, friendly staff, I always stay at the Holiday Inn Express

All of the staff were very nice and welcoming and helpful and the Hotel was really clean and the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean, the indoor pool was nice and I played corn hole with my 8yr old grandson that they had on the property, they had popcorn made for the guests every afternoon and my grandson and my 81 year old mom really enjoyed that. There were board games in the lobby for the guests to sit and play and the breakfast was good. The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan other than that everything was great and I would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was better than past days and other hotels. At a gazebo, there were cigarette butts and a broken light Some of the railing at the gazebo was broken The open area of the gazebo towards the back needs to be cleaned up

I ask for a shower chair while checking in. When I entered the room it was there! GREAT!

Staff was wonderful. Night check in was very sweet and helpful. Despite some cleanliness issues and room changes, she was gracious, patient, and overall pleasant and kind. Check out also had a wonderful and sweet lady working. Coffee was excellent in the morning. Dog friendly with large green space . The only issue was the beds and tubs were not that clean , pull out was quite dirty, you could tell it wasn’t cleaned and beds were not cleaned between guests. Tub not clean so we decided not to shower. If they pay more attention to cleanliness and make sure to keep the standard of cleaning between guests, the hotel will be top notch. Great location off the interstate and great service.

Location is good, clean and some staff was great. However, we stayed while a baseball tournament for youth was in the area and the teens ran all over the place. No adults in rooms and the noise was unbearable even until hours of 2am. Complaints warrant nothing but a call from front desk telling them of noise complaint and it still continued. Unsupervised kids and staff not making sure adults were in rooms as the key was given to them.

Breakfast was great. Check in lady was amazing. Our booking had been cancelled, still waiting for a response. The check in lady has been named for her amazing customer service, in my initial response.
