I really enjoyed my short stay here. The staff was always cleaning and that made my little OCD heart smile. The front desk ladies were very nice and helpful. My family also enjoyed the hot breakfast.

The room was clean but the room did have an unpleasant smell when I walked in but after a while it went away. The staff was very pleasant and constantly asked was I enjoying my stay. The only issue was my last night there it was so noisy throughout the night. Sounded like someone was hitting iron. It was so loud it woke me out of my sleep several times during the night. Our room was near the elevator so I assume that was causing all the noise. I was disappointed with the front desk clerk because I told her how that noise kept me up half the night and I had to get up early that morning to drive 4.5 hours to go home. Her suggestion was to ask not to be put by the elevator on my next visit. She could've offered a discount then or on my next visit. I will remember that the next time I'm looking for a hotel in the Charlotte area. Overall, the room was clean and the staff very friendly.

Staff was wondering especially the front desk lady. We needed clean sheets when we got there and she immediately brought them. The maintenance man came in the room without knocking and she said she would deal with it. As well as a smoke smell in the room.

The lobby smelt so good and the staff that checked me in she had great customer service, from the tone of her voice to the neatness of the way she was dressed. The breakfast was good. The games was for people to enjoy and the popcorn was a great choice. The price was great and the check out was speedy.
