The most disgusting hotel I’ve stayed in

The staff was nice and helpful It’s was to noisy and bed was very uncomfortable and to small for two people

Arrived at property no one at the front desk. Eventually someone showed up to get us checked in. Got to the room and it smelled. Tried turning on the tv and it didn't work. Tried calling the front desk with no success. Went back down to the office and got someone to come to the room for assistance. Tv still didn't work. They promised to return with a new remote. No one ever showed up. Very unhappy with overall experience

The AC unit was constantly making a ticking noise, kept me awake some nights. The neighbors were incredibly loud.

The bugs, the customer service is bad because they tell you one thing and don’t follow through, the rooms had other peoples clothing left, the remote was lost and they were unable to provide another one. They won’t issue refunds and they close @10pm

This is an extended stay hotel and it was NOT my first choice.

Never had the ability to stay there because Expedia ain’t nice

It was dirty on the outside and inside and it stinks, I had to wait a 1hr for my room to be clean couldn’t check in on time, big hole in the bathroom door, dogs living inside on the hotel.

Just nasty. The staff is amazing i think they jus came into it at the wrong time and to late before the damage was done.

I stayed here for one night. The room was not clean, the floors were dirty, no shower curtain. The people above me had kids that were up ALL night running and moving furniture. I called the operator to find out no night person was on duty at night so I literally got 2 hours of sleep. There was a bug in one of our beds. If it wasn’t so late at night and I wasn’t in an unfamiliar area I would have just left. So disappointed, I asked to be contacted by a manager still haven’t heard from anyone. Unless you have no other options find somewhere else. I have pictures if needed.

Price Neighborhood and looked nothing like pictures.

When we arrived, we were told they had no clean rooms despite the fact that we had a prearranged reservation and room had already been paid in full. Check in was at 3 we didn’t get into a room till after 9:30 pm. We were given room 118, once in a room my nine year-old, went to the bathroom, closed the door and became stuck in the bathroom because the door handle was broken. We literally had to pry the door open to get him out. I spoke to a maintenance person there who said that was supposed to have been fixed months ago, so therefore, I knew about it before they placed us in that room. Room was not clean at all. Refrigerator had old stuff inside, lampshade was not properly attached to the lamp post, and there was blood on the floor. Do not recommend staying there

Booked room on Expedia- showed up and no rooms even though I had a reservation!

Nothing. Listen. Now I have booked Woodspring Suites for family in the past in Virginia and there was no problem, which is why I chose to book for myself in South Carolina. I will NEVER do that again! Location was a no! and the room was a Hell No! Immediately went back down to check- in and Checked- OUT and requested to be refunded. I was giving hourly rate accommodations. My son said that I should have taken pictures. He could not believe his eyes.

Mold on the ceiling bed dirty blk mold in bathroom gave me a key told me where my room was get to my room someone is living in it just all around terrible
