utensils you have to ask. breakfast is col, coffee gets finished. so go early. just very old, dated place. ok for 1-2 days stay.

Negatives - Not clean! dead bugs on the floor, Tub/Shower not well rinsed (gritty{hopefully} cleaner on fixtures) Surfaces had marks where they had been wiped down. Housekeeping did not come in to make bed or change out towels. Very run down. Wouldn't have wanted to stay in cold weather as you could see daylight around a large portion of the outside door. Lamp could not be shut off without unplugging or loosening the light bulb. Breakfast consisted of Muffins, Nutri-grain bars or oatmeal, hot chocolate, coffee and tea. Only creamer to put in coffee and tea was Coffee-mate - sweetened or French vanilla (no plain creamer or milk)

I waited for 25 minutes for someone to check me in! Two others showed up to ask if there were rooms available, they left! The coffee dispensers were left on the table! I asked for cups, the dispenser was empty! However, it was 5 minutes past 9:30. The complimentary breakfast ends at 9:30.

Room wasn’t clean. Staff was very helpful though. Non-smoking room definitely didn’t smell like it.
-
Musty Oder smell in room. Toilet handle broken. Bed linin did not seem fresh. We walked in the room and right back out. Got our money back and stayed at a cleaner , nicer hotel.

I was very happy for the last minute availability and reasonable price. The check in process was quick, easy and pleasant. Parking was good. I visited the front desk a couple of times with questions and concerns but there was no staff present. We were not informed as to where to find coffee or breakfast. The room had an odor that wasn't pleasant and the window curtains were ripped and stained. We couldn't connect to the WiFi and the television was very limited. We were also woken up at 5:00am to a group of people talking loudly and smoking outside our room. I will not be returning to this property.

The stay was quiet, clean, and everything I expected for a few nights away from home. Will definitely stay here again in the future. The shower curtain didn’t have good coverage so the floor got soaking wet after each shower. Other than that, no issues or complaints.

Continent location I was overcharged ! I booked through booking.com for $260 for the night and when I arrived the staff informed me the rooms are under $200 so that a shock

They have people sleeping in the hallway in front of doorways. The staff is never at the desk. Overall horrible place to stay
-
The front desk staff was very helpful and polite. Well. I walked up to my room and walked around two people smoking weed. Lights didn’t work in the room. Ac was broken and couldn’t control it.

Guy working the check in was great Where to start, people smoking marijuana outside their room? Even better, the room I was given had numerous empty bottles of alcohol left behind, there were empty bottles of juice, trash all over the room and the bonus were the empty crack viles on the floor along with the used sheets left behind with what looked like human excrement wiped on them.
-
Drug use by other rooms,Staff falsely accused me of refusing housekeeping, housekeeping is 1 time every 7 days, someone hit my car and run in the parking lot, fighting outside middle of night
-
The door looked as thought it has been kicked in half inch around frame you can see outside through cracks around door air conditioner was so loud could not sleep I booked and paid for two nights stayed one night room floor dirty no coffee pots or iron worst stay ever Room, hotel etc

Ease of booking Smell

The rooms are woefully worn out and outdated. circuit breaker panels falling off the wall, AC doesn't work right, rooms smell of must and mildew, broken fire detection system, stains on furniture. The door security locks were broken and the blinds only closed part way as they were ripped and broken. in Summary, the rooms are long-overdue for a refresh. The maids at least do what they can, as the linen was clean (despite some hairs on it), the bed was comfortable, and I can tell that the bathroom was clean. The kitchen had layers of old grease stains, the fridge exterior wasn't clean, the floor was sticky. I think the biggest issue I have is the rooms being advertised at $118 through Expedia and I get there and rooms are $75??? So I overpaid and ESA under-delivered. At least it was quiet, so I did rest, which is pretty much the point of a motel room.
