The rooms are woefully worn out and outdated. circuit breaker panels falling off the wall, AC doesn't work right, rooms smell of must and mildew, broken fire detection system, stains on furniture. The door security locks were broken and the blinds only closed part way as they were ripped and broken. in Summary, the rooms are long-overdue for a refresh. The maids at least do what they can, as the linen was clean (despite some hairs on it), the bed was comfortable, and I can tell that the bathroom was clean. The kitchen had layers of old grease stains, the fridge exterior wasn't clean, the floor was sticky. I think the biggest issue I have is the rooms being advertised at $118 through Expedia and I get there and rooms are $75??? So I overpaid and ESA under-delivered. At least it was quiet, so I did rest, which is pretty much the point of a motel room.

The staff was very helpful and attentive though.

This property was a huge disappointment and unlike any other extended stay hotels I’ve stayed in. It was very tired and beat up. There was nothing in the kitchen including no ice trays. The wall paint was chipped and everything was old and run down. The curtains had holes in them and the room smelled musty. The grab and go breakfast was terrible! Would not recommend.

I requested a ground floor due to my elderly Mother and was promised but never happened and I checked out early and no refund although I was told I would!! Breakfast is terrible and did not have any dishes or utensils available as promised and the manager and the staff were constantly telling me runaround’s and not delivering what they promised.

Kitchen in the room There was blood stains in the bathroom, I’ve reached out to the manager and no response.
-
Couldn’t get into room, key card weren’t working and this persisted for over an hour. Room wasn’t as I expected and I’ve stayed there before in the past.
-
Rooms were filthy and the whole area felt unsafe.

Really great option for the price. Solid all around for the $

The price is reasonable for short stays. Good location for Germantown. Walking distance to restaurants and a metro bus center. You can catch the bus to the subway and travel cheaply all across the DC metro.
-
bed was comfortable. Most important - they use non-fragranced cleaning products for the sheets and towels.

It smelled clean The front desk attendant was never there, I had to wait 20 mins for him to return, I fell and could not write an accident report

Good

Property is old but looks good for its age. I needed an inexpensive place for the night. There was not much the hotel offered....
-
Easy to park , the place is neat & quiet .

It was clean and comfortable but it took me a while to find trash can. No coffee pot as per the add bu otherwise it was good

I was locked out of my room due to the key no longer working around 11:45pm and the front desk staff was nowhere to be found. I called the hotel over 30 times with no answer. I had to sleep in my car with all of my belongings in the room. In the morning, I went to the front desk to finally find someone. I explained what had happened and they could have cared less and shrugged it off.

The location Every room I stayed in, some parts like the bathroom were dirty.
-
They let us check-in at 2am. Everything in the room was sticky or not very clean.
-
Need to put bigger room numbers on the building so you can SEE them!!!!

Their breakfast was tiny prepackaged muffins and cereal bars. Ran out of coffee and never made more and it was only until 9:30 on weekends which they do not tell you when you check in. Staff not friendly and everything you ask was "I don't know ". Rooms had terrible odor and dirty towels and sheets had an old musty smell. No elevators which is not told to you and my husband has bad knees and we had to lug our luggage up and down steps
