Clean rooms, great staff both at front desk and for breakfast. There was an issue with checking in since the system was down, and the staff was making sure everybody was comfortable and providing cold water if they wanted it. Great customer service!

The room was very clean. The only issue was that the toilet splashed water outside the bowl every time it was flushed.

The ceiling of the room had damage had been fixed but still looked worrisome. Air conditioner noisy, sounded like about to break. The room was small. Breakfast wish more choices but bagels were fresh. Also on the plus side, staff courteous, helpful. The common room was big, bright with TVs. Rooms were clean.

The hotel was clean and fresh smelling. The breakfast was yummy, the staff was friendly and helpful. There was a mix-up with my sign-in and the staff did all they could to fix the problem and keep a smile on their faces!! I will definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable beds are just the beginning of a great stay. Very helpful staff that are focused on making your stay perfect. Fresh coffee in the lobby every 2 hours was a huge plus. We dont have to think about where we'll stay the next time we're in the area. Spark is the Spot

The staff is amazing and so helpful. I truly wish the pool were open especially during this heat wave ! The parking is easy and accessible. Really feel great about this hotel!
