Studio 6 Corporate Extended Stay Washington, D.C. Germantown MD

Ac wasn't working so they switched my room very minimal no coffee and vending machines $4 for a soda advertised being 9 miles from Washington dc but it's a 45 min drive. You get what you pay for

One of the most disgusting places I have stayed. It may have been just my room so I cant speak to the entire place. The pillow clearly had what appeared to be dried vomit. Not sure how anyone putting a pillow case on wouldnt have noticed. The bath towels had yellow stains

Very disappointing stay. The hotel had an unpleasant smell, and the rooms were extremely small. There was no room cleaning service during my stay, and the staff member I dealt with was unfriendly and unhelpful. I regret booking this hotel and would not stay here again.

It has smoking and non-smoking options. The rooms have kitchens. There's a bus stop right in front that goes to the transit center. The transit center has plenty of options within walking distance or another short bus ride away. Extended stays can be considered an acquired taste. It's where many families get sent when they're homeless AND for folks on business trips. I love it, but could see how some might not like such an atmosphere.

Bedding not good at all

The property tries to charge additional fees at check in for water and electricity usage. The room is not clean and the ac barely works. The front desk has bars up and is unavailable during normal business hours. Multiple long term tenants that are extremely noisy and the Marijuana smoke will stop you in your tracks. The refrigerator is gross and the ice trays still have stickers in the bottom under the ice cubes.

We did not have enough towels and when my husband asked the front desk for some, he was given hand towels that smelled of mildew. I booked a room for 4 people and we were given 3 towels.

I booked two rooms. Both rooms were musty, old and dirty (we found blood under one of the pillows!) the room keys constantly stopped working. The elevator broke down. The carpet was dirty. The bathroom was filthy and the toilet set was missing a bolt so the seat kept sliding. Rant out of towels and toilet paper- we had to share towels. Worst hotel I’ve ever been in

It was ok

When I complained about the air conditioning in my room, the manager immediately offered to transfer me to another room to ensure my comfort. That level of responsiveness and care truly impressed me. This is my second time staying at this property, and I will gladly return without hesitation. The location is calm, safe, and situated in a decent environment, making it an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort and peace. The staff at this property are simply amazing and provide a much better guest experience than I had at the same brand's property in Gaithersburg.

I booked online and when i called to see when i can check in, they didn’t have any room left and told me after i spent my money on a room

Basic room. No coffee maker or any utensils in the kitchen. Refrigerator although dented badly worked well. Room and bathroom were clean enough. Used my own towel. A/C was relatively quiet. No noisy neighbors. TV guide was not accurate. Very hands off management, no paper receipts of any kind.

The pictures online are nothing like it is in person. This place is dirty, unkept, and unstaffed. They charged me an extra $10 a night to clean and $2 for showering upon arrival but never cleaned the place while we were there. The non smoking room we booked, freaked of smoke. I couldn’t even complain to staff as they had it gated up and locked with padlocks. I complained to our booking site and nothing was done. Do not recommend this place. I took pictures to prove the huge difference from the pictures online to what we actually stayed in.

The room was big, with zero amenities, not even a coffee pot. The AC unit was broken. The reading light over the bed had a was broken bulb which was lying on the floor behind the night stand. I brought the AC unit to the staffs attention and we were told the maintenance man was gone and nothing was done to resolve the issue. If all you are looking for is a cheap bed, this will work, but don't count on everything functioning correctly. I would NEVER consider this place again.

Stayed here overnight for a job I was doing over the weekend. It was comfortable and the room was good and clean. Would stay here again for another quick business trip.

I found another hotel at almost $100 more for the night. I am expecting compensation for this from either the hotel and/or Hotels.com. And no, I do NOT want a credit for this, I want cash.

I wish there was a vending machine and/or ice machine. But room was clean. And it was great to have a bigger fridge with freezer. I recommend.

I wasn't very pleased with this establishment. The place felt dated and not very clean, very few amenities.

Terrible service, extra charges at check-in, facility very poorly maintained.

Front desk was super unhelpful and rude at check in. The smell coming from the front seat was awful. We asked for the microwave to be changed and they said they would come fix it and nobody ever came throughout our stay. We will not be booking here again.
