No coffee or tea in the room. Room was never cleaned in a 4-day stay, There is an extra "surprise at front door" utility fee per room per night. The hotel is not walking distance from any restaurants. Air conditioning was mostly off or not working. Kitchen had no utensils.

We needed a place to stay because the weather was so bad. They charged us double what Expedia told us we were going to pay (Expedia is working on getting this fixed). It’s like a drug den or somewhere you’d go to have an affair and not have to worry about anybody recognizing you. My microwave didn’t work, the pillows were flat and lumpy, and the smell…my goodness I think that was the worse part. My bathroom reeked of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room and the room itself smelled like someone was cooking crack (supposedly that’s what my husband said, I thought it smelled like awful food cooking). Either way, the smell woke me up in the middle of the night, it was that bad. If we weren’t so desperate to get off the road with our 4 children, we definitely would’ve left and stayed elsewhere

It is in a safe and convenient location, along public bus routes and with numerous parks, trails and shopping centers close by. Rooms are clean, well-maintained and a good deal for the price.

mildew filled the room. entire carpet was wet. ac didn’t get cold. pipes exposed in ceiling of hallways, leaking.

Not much to like here. One of my worst hotel stays in some time. Dirty room, sink literally not connected to the faucet, no trash can in the room, stale smell from ac, white stains on the black chair…. Elevator out of order, and not even a complimentary cup of crappy coffee. Not to mention the woman outside screaming from 3-5 am, but that is something they couldn’t fix… the room on the other hand could use more than a little work.

The whole hotel is full of pet urine smell—-in hallway and in room. The toilet seat has stains and pealed spots, this is really intolerable! Avoid it! And they charge additional cleaning fee of $10 plus $2 tip, yet neglect to clean the carpet. Avoid!

It was cheap- it’s the only good thing I can say. Bathroom had stuff on the floor. There is not a 24 hr front desk, so I had to call someone to check me in. There is a $12 cleaning charge that is not mentioned. For what? Everything is old, the cabinets were peeling, everything smelled weird.

Didn't like at all..... I don't like at all due of smelly of strong beach. Didn't the value in the room.

The room was in the front of the property. The AC worked really well. I liked having a full size refrigerator in my room. Room was neat, and clean.

The way how they front desk tested it about the down payment and how he tried to skimmed our money is the worst experience ever.

The property smelled like smoke and spices. It was dirty and maintained poorly. The front desk personnel was unprofessional. He said my room number out loud when he knew I was traveling alone. I had to leave the property and go elsewhere

I am disputing the $82 deposit/charge that I was asked to pay at check-in, as this charge was not clearly disclosed in my original reservation. I also dispute any additional or unexpected charges related to my extended stay, because I confirmed with the front desk that my extension and room were confirmed.
