The staff was very kind, ready to help. The bed was super comfortable. I had everything I needed, however, the phone did not work

I like that a refrigerator, microwave, and ironing board and iron are provided. I was able to keep my groceries and drinks cold. The staff is very helpful. The bed is super comfy. I did not like that there is an extra charge for a maid. $10 dollars every time you check in, because it is an extended stay, and do to my unique circumstances, I have to check in twice a week. It adds up

No linens replaced, struggles resolving the bill and extra fees included Had to haul my room trash myself, problems with charging extra fees, no clean linens were replaced

I liked nothing about the place . The place stinks. Unkept and nasty .

There is no staff after 10pm and everything is locked. There is no one before 8 am either. If you show up, you have to call the number in the foyer and wait for someone to call the property from a third party.

Room and property was disgusting. I was afraid I would get bug bites. Terrible frightening experience

Bugs flying out of the bathroom sink plumbing. The nails coming out of the wooden door latch of the suite. Leaking toilet. Open baseboard around the toilet with water damage Rude front desk staff asking guests to o they have a job and personal life.

Everything good but I waited too long at the front desk for my check in.

The room didn’t look hardly anything like the pictures. I felt like I was in the projects. The room and building looks very dated. The place really needs an upgrade. The shelf was broken and hanging down in my room. Also, you can’t even watch the basic channels on the tv. It says no signal. Why can’t you even watch basic channels? I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone that has any type of standards. I only needed a room for one night, looked at the ratings and reviews for this place; huge mistake! Don’t be misled and don’t waste your money. Spend a few extra dollars for a higher quality hotel like I should’ve done. Lesson learned….

Towels were subpar just a little bigger than a face towel. When my wife called down for a roll of toilet paper she was told that only one roll per room. We had 4 people one that was very pregnant. I was also charged an additional $12.00 for the cleaning

Customer service was very disorganized, hostile employees, and price was too high for unkept rooms.

Furniture worn, paint peeling, pieces of wall missing, bathroom tile cracked Horrible experience with front desk

The first issue is that the hotel charges additional fees not included by Expedia. Not good. Then the facility has issues. Broken glass, trash, exterior doors that dont secure, lots of wear and tear. The kitchenette includes zero cookware, not even a glass. The window drapes are too long and cover the climate control if drawing closed. The desk employee was kind, but unable to resolve additional charge issue.

Worst stay ever. Please look somewhere else.
