The only downside was the breakfast is extra. Other than that it was a great stay! Beds were comfortable, room was clean, and it stayed cool in the room.

Having to pay for breakfast was expensive for just normal hotel (free) food. Definitely no worth the price.

Property was under construction so it was a mess from the lobby to the elevators to the floors going in and out of the building. Room was satisfactory.

they said there was a restaurant but it was extremely limited with hours and food. you would eat basically in the reception area in front. The bathroom had poor, outdated lighting, chipped porcelain on the tub along with stained tub. We also had a running toilet that we had to get up in the middle of the night to stop it. The room above us must have had children running and bouncing around until almost midnight.

Started with waiting 30 minutes to check in. At one point the elevator went out. We were on the 4th floor and had to carry all luggage down. I had two rooms booked. The other room the AC wasn’t working. They were told they can’t control it. Wouldn’t change their room. Their room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. They don’t smoke. Again, they wouldn’t change their room. Could be a great hotel but need better customer service.

Great Staff ; everybody greeted us and spoke with us throughout our stay. Pool was great. Very nice lobby . Excellent choices for coffee additions . Perfect locations to the town and sites.

Printed instructions need to be provided for operation of the TV. Selecting programs needs to be more intuitive. Also, I do not like the refillable dispensers for shampoo and etc. Because sealed products are not provided, I furnish what I need. Everything else was fully satisfactory. Thanks.

Pricey for 3 star hotel and then breakfast was extra. Caters to the tour bus crowd.

Very large room, a little too, large walking space and allows children to run across and disturb the tenant below, but very well maintained and clean, way too many people in the pool and hot tub to have enjoyed this, but overall slept well and comfortably and love that parking was close

Great service!

There was an extreme amount of noise from the group of kids above us and several nights we had to ask for quiet to be able to sleep. Running and jumping and loud banging . Running up and down the hall and up and down the stairwell next to our room. It was well past 12 am and then again n before 6 am.

Very pleasant staff, great lication.

Couldnt believe no type of breakfast except if you wanted to pay over $10 per plate. Asked for our room to be cleaned two days in a row and only 30% was done. Didnt leave new bath towels, garbage wasnt emptied, etc. We usually stay at Bestern Western and will from now on, lesson learned.

The bar and shop down stairs was great. It was stocked and breakfast was excellent.

If your worst observation is some creaky elevators, they’re doing something right. Room was clean, spacious and the fitness center was on point
