We only stayed one night but the hotel was very clean, the front desk staff was very helpful and when we requested some extra blankets, they were delivered quickly. The breakfast buffet was tasty. Definitely recommend a stay here.

We booked this Hilton specifically for the on‑site restaurant, self‑serve laundry, and hot tub. All three failed. The restaurant had terrible service and inedible food, and staff were dismissive when we raised concerns. We ended up leaving and getting Arby’s because it was the only way to get a decent meal. The laundry service was unusable. The required app showed zero available machines, there was no change machine, and the front desk stated they do not keep change. The evening manager insisted these were “outsourced services,” as if that excused the hotel from responsibility for amenities they advertise. The room and hotel was also a major disappointment. It was not properly cleaned, the bed was uncomfortable, and noise from the room above was constant—every impact could be felt through the bed frame and walls. Noise from the hallway and outside made it even worse. Between the discomfort and the lack of basic functionality, we checked out at 7 PM the night before our planned departure because staying any longer wasn’t tolerable. This stay failed on every reason we chose this hotel. Hilton is supposed to represent consistency and quality, but this location did not uphold the brand in any way.
