NOT ONE SINGLE THING. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable from beginning to end. The first thing I noticed was the horrible smell throughout the room. It smelled strongly of what seemed like dog urine, to the point where I could barely feel comfortable staying in the room. When I brought the issue to the hotel, instead of offering a solution or moving me to a clean room, I was simply told to spray Febreze. That was not an acceptable solution to such a serious cleanliness issue. To make matters worse, there were roaches in the room, which made me even more uncomfortable and disgusted. The microwaves were also in terrible condition. When trying to heat something, smoke would come out of the microwave, making it unsafe to use. The customer service was just as disappointing. The front desk was extremely difficult to reach. Calls often went unanswered, and when someone did answer, the attitude was not welcoming or helpful. I felt like my concerns were an inconvenience rather than something the hotel cared about addressing. The breakfast was also very limited, and some of the bread was clearly old and stale. What made this experience even more upsetting was that I was staying here for a wedding with friends, and I was the person who made the reservation. I was honestly embarrassed and felt terrible that I had chosen this hotel for our stay. I spent much of the trip upset and literally cried throughout my stay because I was so uncomfortable and disappointed. I understand that things can occasionally go wrong, but the combination of the strong odor, roaches, unsafe microwave, poor customer service, and unacceptable breakfast made this experience far below what I expected. I suggest they fumigate the entire hotel. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience, and I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service issues.

Nothing It’s infested with roaches

Won't much on the breakfast. The staff was rude & the luggage carts all had flat tires.

Nothing We got there and we had no toilet paper, towels, and it smelled liked someone died there. We started to check out more things and there was a huge stain on the bed like yellow. Bugs in the tub. Fire alarm was ripped out if the ceiling. Pool was ice cold and smelled musty. The staff were rude didn't want to hear our concerns or give us any towels. Breakfast was horrible the coffee was burnt and everything smelled like throw-up. I don't like to cause a scene, so we just stayed and took extra showers when we got home. Rescued 4 grasshoppers and 2 crickets out of the room.

Pretty much nothing. The first room had a bunch of cockroaches in it, when I asked for another room this second one also contained cockroaches. As it was 2200 I didn't want to keep having to change rooms so I asked for a refund to which they agreed, but apparently they can only do this through booking.com, support tried to ring them but got no answer and I haven't heard anything back since. Probably the worst experience I've had at a hotel. Also the vending machines are broken.

Perfect for a little quiet time away for a night. Great budget friendly. Front desk staff very helpful. Cant wait to get another night to get away.

I wasn’t very happy with any of it. For the price I paid I feel like I got ripped off.

Poorly staffed, room configuration

Location is convenient The reviews online and the actual hotel varied greatly. Is it possible staff made all of the reviews? The rooms pictured online do not match any room we could see in during our stay. The room smelled strongly of smoke. The bedding was ripped and stained. When requesting housekeeping they often could not clean until well into the evening. The lamp shades were stained and the carpet was stained and sticky. Curious if the hotel partnered with a local shelter for accommodations? If you need a quick stop over to sleep at a good price this is the place for you, however…
