It was a nice place to stay for the price. Everything’s kinda old. It did smell good it smelt clean.

Wonderful family owned property and the owners were so kind!

For a 3 star hotel, the room was somewhat better than I expected. Good bathroom. Very comfortable bed. The fridge worked but smelled somewhat musty inside. One downside was that there was a railroad track very close to the property, with horn blasts occuring with each passing train. The air conditioning unit helped cover up most of the noise, though.

Noise

This is a low-cost place to spend the night, yet it was a bit on the run-down side. The manager was nice enough, but the room was dirty, and there was mold and heavy rust stains in the bath area and a damaged wall in the bathroom. I have stayed in a LOT of budget hotels before. I would not stay in this one again.

This was my second stay at their hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was great but I still wish they put in bath tub mats. I had to lay a hand towel in the tub so I wouldn’t slip and fall. Other than that, I really like this hotel.

I didn't have breakfast Location was perfect All good!

The property was very clean, bathroom is updated, a/c worked well, though a bit loud, staff is very friendly. The freight train next door sounds its horn as it goes by( about once an hour-this wasn’t mentioned in the reviews I read), the walls are a bit thin so we were very aware that the guests next store were up until 3am. Biggest issue for me was that the pillows were nice and thick but as hard as rocks. The noise was tolerable but the pillows were so uncomfortable that I got clothes out of my suitcase and used them for my head.

Bathtub needs to be replaced because of the rust. Baseboards need to be cleaned. Rooms need to be sprayed for bugs.
-
There was an overpowering chemical smell in the room. Assuming it was related to pest control.

Don't let the creepy looking red sign fool you. For what it is, it's the best I've stayed at. The family who owns it are friendly and will go above and beyond to help you out. My car broke down and they happened to be within walking distance of the auto shop I was towed to. They let me borrow a phone charger brick, gave me a ride to get food, and let me hang out past check out while I waited for a friend to pick me up. The room was clean (passed the black light test, no bad smells), the AC worked, and the water pressure was good in the shower.

Bedspread was stained, refrigerator was not turned on. Ac worked as expected for a window unit. Box sping had stains. Overall, what was expected for a budget motel

Perfect budget motel
-
television hung right above the desk and didn't allow for much working.
-
Fridge turn off overnight and spoil all my food. As a travelling Nurse I work late so I ask if I can check out at noon and the answer as very sharp with a big No.
-
Room was clean but they fail to mention if you want a quiet place to sleep go somewhere else. A freaking train comes by every hour and a half blowing the horn right outside your window. Might as well sleep on the tracks. Fridge didn’t work.

No advance notice of pet fee. Room torn up and dirty. Low water pressure and no hot water. Room advertised as newly remodeled, etc. I could have gone to motels at $25 less per night and had as good or better accomodations. I would like a refund of $90 for the two night stay.

Never booked online b4, got there, all set. Kumar our host was super friendly. But there should be a quiet time. Otherwise it was good. And not sure why i was charged $9 from hotels.com

Just a good, basic room.
