Studio 6 – Giddings, Tx

I could set the A/C at 65 at night and the room would initially cool and then feel like 74 the rest of the night. Also, only warmish water for the shower. Bed was good, room was clean

This room was horribly cleaned dirty gritty floor refrigerator was filthy the sheets were clean but stained the curtains were tattered very and don’t get me started on the bathroom. There was a moment of thanks for the AC. Not my first time but probably my last

The hotel had minimal amenities but it was very clean and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. They had sausage biscuits and some other frozen breakfast stuff, but no continental breakfast. I would definitely be more than willing to stay there again.

Very nice and clean

The A/C was off when we arrived so it was 90 degrees in the room. Because of no ventilation the room had a strong musty smell that never went away. And it appeared the bed linens had not been changed prior to our stay.

Air-conditioning didn’t work to get on automatic

Internet was junk, how do hotels not know that influences customers feelings more than anything else.

We have yearly visits and we were looking for a hotel that could ensure that rooms were available when they were reserved. Unfortunately that didn’t happen for me. I reserved and paid for a room just to find out a week before our trip that my reservation was canceled for some sort of maintenance. I made choice to stay with Studio 6 and even with a face to face there was no apology.

Clean Nothing

Room was great, had everything I needed. Room was also clean and well maintained everyday. AC worked great for me. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing a hotel in the area.

Over all good; we asked for no one to come into our room and they still did (not a big deal but still) other then at was clean and staff was friendly

Me and my family arrived at 1 pm a little earlier than expected and they told us our rooms would be ready at 2. We went and ran some errands and came back at 2 and they let us check into one of our rooms but the other still needed 10 more minutes to be cleaned. Mind you by this time they had already assigned us a room key. We waited around 10 minutes, nothing, those 10 minutes turned into an hour and half. We were not able to go up to our room till 3:40 pm. When we approached the room the housekeeper was still cleaning and she said it would be about 10 more minutes. We waited in the hallway. We walked into the room and there was still trash on the floors and food on a chair from the previous occupants. Room was nice other than those discrepancies. Also if you plan on staying make sure you bring your own blankets, the blankets on the bed are so thin and not comfortable whatsoever.

We arrived an hour after the 3:00pm check in time but the room they reserved for us still hadn’t been cleaned. Since we had food for an event with us, we were given a different room which was very nice and clean. The staff member was helpful when the door card key didn’t work to the new room and quickly reprogrammed it. The luggage cart’s top that was installed upside down from my previous visit 2 weeks earlier and prevents guests from having a place to put their hanging clothes had not been fixed and the 2 large unopened boxes labeled “table “ were still on the floor of the hotel lobby near the front desk. The floor of the lobby and rug at the entrance are not swept often so the floor is quite dirty. Though I mentioned this to the staff at my last visit they still aren’t keeping the front lobby floor clean. The only amenities they have are ice and vending machines.

Clean room and helpful staff

Checkin was quick and easy, staff was friendly, room was clean only issue I had with my stay, was the pillows were the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on

The place was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and had amenities we didn't expect - apt sized fridge, cook top stove, microwave and garbage disposal. There really wasn't anything we didnt like.

It was very clean and lady at front desk was very nice
