Friendly staff, nice little store in the lobby, clean room. The only thing that was kinda dirty was under the couch cushion (i was checking for bed bugs, there were none)

There were 2 queen beds in a large room, with only 1 single chair. Needs 2 chairs.

I booked this location only because it advertised an airport shuttle. We called the night before and inquired about the hotel shuttle and were told to just call upon arrival, which we did. Then we were told it wasn't working. We inquired about a credit due to having to pay for a taxi and were told no, because the shuttle was a complimentary service anyway. Also, there is little walkable access to dining options around this pretty bare-bones hotel. We won't be staying here again.

Room was very nice and the breakfast was terrific.

The staff was very helpful with checking in. The room was beautiful and comfortable and all was quiet. In the morning,we enjoyed a nice breakfast. There were lots of options to choose from. We were only there one night, but very pleasant. Would definitely choose again.

I tried to get a credit or refund for my stay and the manager denied my claim. I had to cancel my trip because of fires in my city of Reno NV. I am on evacuation watch and had to cancel my trip in PHX. Upset that the manager did not sympathize with my situation and I will not recommend this hotel for their lack of understanding.
