Nate is an excellent employee! He went out of his way to make sure our rooms were what we needed! Even ran 3 stories up to check for us. Place was clean, quiet and air conditioning was great!

Great property! Nate at the front desk brings such joy with his welcoming spirit. He is a great asset for Tru by Hilton and should be promoted/compensated accordingly.

Great staff

Stayed 2 nights. AC unit was incredibly loud. Had to go down to desk to ask about it. The work around I was given was to turn it off at the switch but eventually I would need to turn it back on to cool the room off again. Was only able to sleep for 2 hours at a time because I had to wake up to turn AC unit back on.

My husband and 2 daughters stayed there and enjoyed the hotel.

The property is great and clean. Austyn at the front desk was very welcoming. Also, the rest of the front desk staff.

The room Was very comfortable and the location was great for eating and shopping.

Great place to stay!

The blinds fell down and I half way put them back up - when contacting the front desk I was told “we are waiting on parts.” Blinds were never fixed. When the AC kicked on, it gave out an awful smell. 0.05/5 stars!

The place was amazing it was very clean and Nate the front desk he was really really helpful and really friendly I would definitely stay there again thank you for all your help Nate oh and the breakfast is were great too the main things I look for a motel it had it all

Clean, comfy beds, friendly staff, breakfast options, gym, water fountain, pool, checkout time Wish it had an indoor hot tub and breakfast was served until 10am daily

I recently stayed at Tru (Hilton, Gilbert)in Gilbert Arizona for 2 nights. The property is loacted in one of the main street wi th lots of restaurantsand other shops, immaculately clean.The staff was incredibly friendly and proffesional, accommodating, especially Dottie who was helping me to revise the date of my stay ( My moms funeral was delayed), who constantly follow up with Expedia with no result (***not good customer service***boo) .My room was on third floor., King Standard Room was spacious, spotless, modern, featuring a remarkably comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. I particularly enjoyed their morning breakfast and it was one of the Best. I will definitely book this hotel in the future again. Thank you Hilton!!
