The rooms were very clean! The staff was very friendly and tentative! Definitely will be returning!

Complementary breakfast is not in a acceptable level. Very limited variety and food is cold and not tasteful. Staff is friendly and helpful, but this is all about the breakfast. I did not expect too much for a complementary breakfast, but I confirm this one is closed to the lowest end compare to others (i.e. Ham* Inn, Hol* Exp*, or Best West*).

Everything was dirty from the rooms to the dishes and utensils at breakfast.

Very central, I like the Property

The only thing is they don’t have a guest laundry available, I went across the parking lot to a near by hotel and thankfully the staff allowed us to do a load there. The continental breakfast was very fulfilling, and the environment was clean. Our room didn’t get cleaned, all I wanted was bed to be fixed and clean towels each day. But that issue was fixed. Otherwise I would definitely be coming again when my family has a sport event to attend.

Good could be better quality

We loved the layout of our room! With my husband being diabetic we usually can’t eat the continental breakfasts as hotels. He went back for seconds! The only thing I didn’t like was one of the elevators has a stutter.

Would definitely stay there again! Only thing missing was a microwave 😁. Thanks for a great stay!!

Hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The temperature outside reached 109 during our stay and the first night our room was not cooling down and was immediately addressed by staff. Room was clean and nice to have a separate living area as we wound down the day. Breakfast was plentiful with eggs, potatoes, and a protein each day. Oatmeal, cereals, breads, bagels, fruits and other items available. Hotel is also conveniently located just blocks from many restaurants, fast food and shopping. Definitely will stay here again!

I travel a lot, staying in airbnbs mostly I switched to short term rentals because of the hotel experiences I've had in the passed. All off which began the moment I stepped to the registration desk. This was a last minute in town business trip, so I took the chance. The moment I walked into the lobby Julio greeting with a smile and professionalism, the checking in was fast efficient, and all questions were answered. first impressions are everything and I went to my room knowing I made the right choice, and will definitely stay and suggest Hyatt Place to friends , family and coworkers.
