Baymont by Wyndham Gillette

It is a little older. It has been updated some but there are obviuos signs of age. The overall value was unbeatable. It was quiet and comfortable.

Rooms were clean and the staff friendly.

Good experience overall and amazing staff

We booked multiple rooms for a work trip. Not all of the reservations were for the same amount of time. At check in there was no verification of what room was for which reservation. So one of the guys got locked out of his room when he returned at the end of the day. The one who left was unable to use the tub as it hadn't drained from the night before. Apparently they decided to change his room, but didn't communicate that with us. They new room had a sink that wouldn't drain. When we called the hotel to speak to staff about the room mix up & the tub it seemed no one was able to assist. We also were going to need to extend our stay. The hotel was unable to help with that. There seemed to be a lack of training. When I did speak with the manager, She helped some, but kept referring us back to Expedia. Expedia tried to assist, but the hotel didn't offer much for solutions to them either. We ultimately chose to check out, cut our losses (because you can't check out after 11am), & move to another hotel.

Clean, helpful, simple, everything I needed for a quick stop after visiting Yellowstone.

Staff was very welcoming, professional & very helpful. Room & property was very clean, appealing & priced right!!

The breed was full of hair and stains. We called the front desk, he came and took pictures, said he couldn’t give us another room but would call his manager, “hopefully she answers so I can help you , check back with me in an hour” we left and booked a different hotel.

Room clean bathroom something was on the floor after took shower my feet turn brown. Staff were friendly, breakfast could have been better.

Toilet didn’t fully flush and was dirty. Fridge made a constant ticking noise

Rooms were dirty. Floors were dirty. Hair on everything. Bathtub and Shower were gross. Tub didn’t work. Couldn’t shower.

We checked in late after driving eighteen hours and the clerk at the front desk was super nice! We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Room was fine except the ceiling in shower was in need of repairs. Most importantly, the Expedia listing says “Pets Stay Free” and that is false. There is a $20 pet fee.

Beds were dirty and rooms were dated. Hotel is at a good price point so expect this.

The ice machine was not working which was an big oh no for us. We like ice doe our water and for drinks in rhe room otherwise it was fine breakfast was good. Room was clean. Price was decent

Love having eggs coffee and sugar free yogurt The stairs. No elevator. Carry everything up the stairs.
