Baymont by Wyndham Gillette

I have stayed here 3 times. It is reliably very clean, recently remodeled and the breakfast is typical these days but nicely laid out. It's just off the I 90 and there are good restaurants downtown which is a 5 minute drive. My big disappointment is that Expedia advertises that dogs stay free and we were told upon check in that there is a $20 charge per dog. Furthermore, having paid this we were sent to rooms on the 2nd floor on the hot, sunny side of the hotel. The check in official was very nice and friendly but I think could have been. more compassionate and put 2 elderly men in rooms on the ground floors. It is always good to call ahead about dog charges as the information on Expedia may be outdated or incorrect.

The bathroom fan did not work and there was a ceiling fan panel coming down and 2 more with water stains, no ice machine(really over a 100 and no ice?), breakfast was sad-scrambled eggs, no bacon or sausage, one day there was no yogurt. My room was clean.

This hotel catfish's people. Don't believe the photos. The property is worn with a minimum of refurbishment. The room was not clean. Yellow circular stain on a bedcover, hair on the wall in the shower, exposed pink fiberglass insulation between the air conditioner in the wall and the body of the air conditioner. Pretty sure that fibrous insulation should not be used inside an HVAC device that will inevitably blow those tiny fibers throughout the room for guests to breathe in. The air conditioner never blew cold air, it was only luke-cool and never brought the room below 75°. It was on the border of uncomfortable. It also blew a smell into the room. Toilet made you nervous everytime you flushed it. Sink took minutes to drain, pooling water in the bowl. No room service throughout the room. No coffee machine. Archaic TV with limited programming and no modern streaming or casting capabilities.

Older clean property. It was just a quick overnight stop. Room was spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfortable. First level king room. Upper levels are by stairs only.

Ac didn't work, TV remote quit working, ice maker was out of order. Strange light on outside of building, lit up the whole room at night. Room 220.

Breakfast was also incredibly disappointing. Eggs were dry and overcooked, waffle batter had waaayyy too much baking soda it was borderline inedible. Couldn’t recommend

Staff were super friendly. Not a bad place at all considering pets stay free :)

It was fine but the free breakfast was not very good 🙁

The continental breakfast was not that great and they do not clean your room if you’re staying more than 2 to 3 days

I went through and cleaned (I bring wipes) and asked if the shower could be cleaned again. Needless to say the bed was actually comfortable and the place works if you aren’t looking for fancy.

Clean and comfortable! Great for our family for an overnight stay on a longer trip. Breakfast options are very limited.

The air conditioning in the first room they gave me didn't work. It was clear that the whole room had not been cleaned. For example, there was a layer of dust on the plastic tissue holder. In the second room, at least the air conditioning worked. It was still obvious, the cleaning staff had not done a thorough job. While I was glad they had washer/dryers, they charged double the amount that I had paid in any hotel I had stayed at on this trip. The breakfast was inedible. The staff was nice.

The bathtub didn’t look like it had been cleaned ever. It was gross. We will not be staying here again, but I guess we got what we paid for.

I didn't stay for breakfast. My only thing was navigating the area to find it.

Good stop over place for the night. Very reasonably priced for the area. Clean rooms. Has your regular breakfast similar to most hotel chains, wasn’t the best but saves eating breakfast on the road.

Clean and comfortable. We were there for a baseball tournament so we only slept there because we literally had games beginning at 8am and didn’t get back till 10pm and it was a great place for us.
