Best Western Tower West Lodge

Despite the clean photos used to promote the property here. That was the exact opposite of reality. When the lack of cleanliness was addressed. Even with photographic evidence. The staff scoffed and said it was a lie. Especially at how bad the bathroom was in most desperate need of attention. And when a phone call was made to actually talk to someone of importance. That phone call was a waste of time and energy too. Rotten management, leads to rotten employees, which leads to rotten customer service. Best Western corporate would be best advice to remover owner of franchise. And take over the establishment. So as to not to have continuation of the BW brand tarnishment.

We loved that it had an onsite lounge and restaurant. The wait staff was amazing.

Door to the bathroom didn't work well. Had to make adjustments to get it to slide properly.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was little. Air conditioning was good. The staff was nice. The lobby was being painted. Finding the room was difficult and no elevator.

Staff was so welcoming & friendly. Very comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was lacking a bit. We are fish people & cod was served as walleye.

I thought I was getting free breakfast as that’s what it states on here, however they don’t offer free breakfast. So if you try to bundle a save when traveling with your family this is not it. When i asked about it the lady was so rude and told me to take it up with Expedia.

Convenient location. Room was clean. Attached lounge/restaurant was nice. Very few outlets worked in our room. No view out at all.

Great place to stay, clean quiet and staff if friendly. Pool was great and grills outside for a pool side BBQ. Highly recommend.

Location Poop stain on bathroom wall behind the door. Stand in tub or straddle the toilet to get the door shut. Bed was very hard, sheets were stained and uncomfortable. Half the outlets and lights didn't work.

Exceptional

Shower had great water pressure. Clean but a little out dated. It’s pretty large so took a while to find our room. No continental breakfast, but offered a free drink pass to Steakhouse next door. Outside needs some attention on the backside. It was a good choice for a quick night stop.

The property is outdated but the rooms were clean and staff were very friendly.

0 breakfast, no coffee hot tub wasn't working got back to hotel before ( last night and kitchen was closed
