The room was nice and clean
-
One of our rooms the air conditioner didn't work. Was told the manager would give me a call. But I never got a call back.
-
Shower did not work.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

It is the cleanest dump I have ever stayed at. In our room no soap or conditioner. Bottles were empty and staff said no one could replace them. Business station was open but they didnt know where the mouse was so computer useless. Advertised a pool but it has been shut down for more than a month with no notice on their website. Cont. Breakfast!?? Ha no coffee, hot water but no tea. No bread, when they brought bread they had no butter. Ceral but no milk. Cream cheese was an open container all warm and nasty. When we asked staff they said the owner won't supply it. When I brought my service dog WITH her registered service dog card they said they had to charge me 35 dollars because the owner says he can. I told them they better call the police then because thats not legal. Beds are old and you can feel coils. How they have an excellent review I dont get.

Property was well maintained, the girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Nice room, and quiet
-
Good place to stay just didn’t care for the breakfast
-
We were never told your pool isn’t working, even after I tried to take my grandson swimming, after waiting 3 separate times at the front desk no one ever arrived. The ONLY reason we choose your hotel was for the pool and breakfast. We will not be returning

Room was very clean, fitness facility was excellent. Breakfast was okay…wish there would have been hot options. Otherwise, it was a very nice place!

Breakfast isn’t much to shout anout
-
Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom was well cleaned. Hotel was formerly a Hampton Inn so at night it can be a bit confusing since those logos still bleed through on the outside signage. Breakfast was basic, only hot item was waffles.

This property used to be a Hampton Inn. The stellar reviews must be from when it was that brand. It is okay now, but the little things are showing up....soap dispensers empty, stray hair left in the shower, towel rougher than sand paper. The only real issue was the breakfast. It was probably the worst breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. Inedible l!

Rebranded Hampton Inn so still pretty nice. Staff was helpful. No butter a breakfast tho. lol. Your standard waffle iron and toast. Nothing big or bad about it. Just a normal hotel breakfast bar. Would stay again

No protein

Very clean, breakfast was okay, easy access to interstate
-
The pool was closed, the carpet was gross. The shower head was broken you had to hold it to shower And bathroom floor was not ok. I showered in my flip flops. We didn’t have bedding for the pull out. The plug in by the bed was broken. We won’t stay again.

We stayed here for 2 nights as a family in town for a swim meet. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was decent. We will definitely stay here again!
-
Clean comfortable room. At check in, there was a large group of kids having a party in the eating/lobby area that could have been under control as they were loud and sitting on the floor which made it inconvenient to check in and walk through. Breakfast was so so.

When we showed up at 9:00 p.m. for a reservation she let us know that check out time is 9:30 a.m.! No exceptions! The next morning when we call the front desk to see if we can leave our car in the parking lot while we have breakfast he said he had no idea why the woman said we had to be on my 9:30 a.m. The TV has HDMI inputs ports but the remote control they give you will not let you change to an HDMI port. So if you have a Roku stick or something similar you'll need to unplug the HDMI cord that's coming in feeding the TV channels to put your stick. Heating and air conditioning unit looks like a small air conditioner that would normally go in a window but they cut a hole in the wall and put it there. It has manual crank controls no digital no way of telling it how warm or how cold you want in the room. It's on the outside wall I just 2 feet away from the bed.

We loved our 1 night stay. Bed's were comfy and shower good. Wifi ok. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Would stay again.
