Great hotel option for anyone looking to stay in the area. I have stayed at two other hotels nearby and prefer this one.

Very convenient location with lots of shopping nearby.

We had 2 rooms - a King room and a 2 Queen room. Both were super spacious, clean, quite and pretty. The front desk staff was super nice and accommodating. I loved the whole lobby. Its near all kinds of great stuff! The price point was phenomenal. I would definitely stay here again and urge others to do the same. Keep it up Aloft!!

The staff member Sandy in the front office was very rude and caddy again. She provided very poor, inhospitable customer service, and behavior. This is the second year in a row dealing with her arrogance and lack of true customer service (gave off Karen vibes unfortunately). Management in charge should really consider retraining her. If not, will lose many loyal customers down the line, when in shouldn’t be the case. Don’t want to be a pleasant individual in the customer service field? Then perhaps don’t work in it. Overall, other staff members were pleasant, easy going and friendly. Amenities were also a plus, might suggest to add corn hole as another option for games. However, pool table, fire pit for s’mores, connect 4 and giant jenga blocks were a plus for me and my children. Thank you!

The room was clean, comfortable and adequately sized. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was right next to the plaza where our concert venue was located. That plaza included a great variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment choices, which also makes the hotel a great place for a 'stay-cation'. Walking in the heat of June was not bad at all, as the buildings provided a lot of shade. I definitely recommend.

NICE STAFF, AT FRONT DESK

Amazing hotel. The only flaw is the blackout curtains are not very dark or helpful at blacking any sun out. My room was sooo bright at 5 am, not the best way to start off the day you intended to sleep in for.

Rooms are small but very cozy

Staff was always available, cheerful, and happy to assist! The bar was lovely and I found a new favorite drink (Paloma) thanks to your fantastic bartender who excitedly answered when I asked for a drink idea. Most people just say “I don’t know what you like” and look at me with annoyance as if I’m imposing on their valuable time. The drink process were a little high though.
