Holiday Inn Express & Suites Phoenix - Glendale Sports Dist by IHG

I have to say that the luggage cards are absolute garbage. They are three wheel carts . The wheels vibrate so bad that your luggage falls off of the cart! Happened to us twice!

The breakfast juice had something floating in it, and the orange juice tasted weird. Other than that… I would come back.

Everything was great! Kinda noisy on the first floor. But overall was good. Will stay again.

Overall the interior of the hotel was wonderful and the staff were too. The part we didn’t like was the pool area was like one big ghetto party. It was loud, obnoxious people letting non-hotel guests into the area to have parties. You didn’t need a key card to get into the pool area. Someone even broke the pool light being rowdy. We immediately left the pool area and did not return. I debated finding another hotel but we decided to just use it as a place to sleep and spend the daytime elsewhere.

Family friendly resort, clean rooms, and friendly staff. We enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings and spent time in the pool.

Stayed at holiday inn express & suites phoenix - glendale sports dist for an entire week due to a business trip. Amazing location everything entertainment and shopping is within walking distance if you don't mind the heat. The complementary breakfast was absolutely delicious, different meals everyday not to mention the unlimited coffee machine available 24/7 in the lobby. Staff they were just as amazing 👏 very attentive and friendly. The entire week i had housekeeper knock on door asking if my room needed a touch up. The property was very clean thank you to all the staff. Pool... very well kept clean and fresh towels available n fully stocked every morning. My wife and daughter spent their mornings and evenings at the pool. They said 7am swim was the best, (pool all to themselves). Overall we hope to return for future vacations.

We've stayed at a number of hotels in and around Phoenix. Without a doubt, this was one of the cleanest ever. Check-in was great and the woman at the desk (sorry that I did not get her name) was most welcoming and kind. Will definitely consider this hotel for future stays.

Clean, friendly, felt safe.

Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The Breakfast area was constantly being cleaned. The gym equipment was clean and organized. We did not use the pool but it looked like other guests were enjoying themselves.

Rooms are clean and the property was quite 👌

This is my 3rd time staying here and this property does not disappoint. Great breakfast, friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms and a great location whether you are doing a local activity or something in Phoenix. Nothing. Zero negative comments.
