I've had better stays especially for $500 a night and I had to pay for internet use and Parking. Our restaurant at the restaurant was exceptionally well

Nice hotel, but expected better. Check-in was disappointing - "room was not ready" but received a call 5 minutes later that it was. Disappointed in the room location - 4th floor in front of the elevator. Did not appreciate listening to the conversations of other guests as they exited the elevator. I would have thought that as a "higher tiered Bonvoy member", the room location should have been better. I will not be returning to this hotel, and cannot recommend it.

Overall great experience in all aspects of our trip. Great staff throughout the entire experience and very nice and clean rooms with ac working great and comfortable stay.

Location I would have liked if at time of check in they would include in telling us how and when our access key card are to be used. (Elevator, to get back in to hotel after an event, after leaving the garage)

Clean rooms , bar available, food restaurant available They over charge me and gave me the wrong room when I order only the they me resort view they gave me the one they had available many people paid 250 per night and I paid 700

All the staff was super friendly! Room was great and beds were so comfortable! The key drop box at the exit from parking lot should have a sign or something it was hard to find a d staff walking by didnt know where it was either.

The prices are much higher than previous years but no improvement or change in quality of the room or commodities. For the price I paid for the room there should have been a better discount on food at least not just a one-time $15 dollars.
