We loved our stay. The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was good, and there are two great pools on property.

Great experience, great staff, friendly atmosphere with good food and spirits. Great location, near the outlet mall, restaurants and entertainment.

I like how close it is to the arenas and entertainment. You could walk and didn’t have to deal with parking. N/A

I love the new decor, the rooms are great, the Lobby also looks wonderful We stayed dueing the week so no pool service for drinks or food. I t would have been nice to have that service by the pool. Also I highly recommend getting new pillows the ones in our room were flat and uncomfortable. Also please have the mildew in the lap pool cleaned and treated and have that pool area cleaned because I did use the lap pool but I noticed that it was in need of cleaning the areas around the pool.

The room was immaculate! The amenities were perfect. Indoor pool for this Arizona heat. But they also have an outdoor pool and hot tub. There wasn’t a microwave which was inconvenient, but other than that, everything was great.

The only small issue I had was the A.C. in my room would get the room colder than 72 to 71 degress, even though I had it set at 65. Other then that everything was great, I would definitely stay with you again!

This was our second time staying at the hotel. It is very clean and inviting. The pool is great. I just wish they would’ve had the outside bar open. Rooms were large and very clean.

Beautiful hotel. Clean, very convenient to shops and restaurants. Have stayed here twice and loved it both times.

Stayed for 2 nights requested a balcony room and had to be moved because the door was jammed. Air conditioning in the new room was terrible, the room never felt cool. The Hotel charged 3 times the amount of incidentals, and I requested to have my room cleaned early in the morning and when I returned to my room around 3pm the room was not cleaned. The manager had a very entitled tone and a very disrespectful way of addressing the issue as if it was my fault that they did made my stay a hassle from check in to check out! Very disappointed! It used to be one of my favorite hotels not anymore!

Clean rooms and the cleaning ladies were very nice and brought us anything we needed. Very friendly. Remember they charge to park in the garage, $20 a day so add that to your expenses.

Very nice 1 night stay.
