Hotel is nice, clean, and quiet. Location is perfect near the entertainment complex and Stare Farm stadium. Texas Roadhouse restaurant was next door. Very nice!

Staff were really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was decent, they ran out of some stuff when we were there. Found some red hair on the bed and toilet was not totally clean.

Alex and Maya were amazing and helped me and my disabled husband ck in and we got the wrong room as we wanted to view the fireworks from the room , they were so helpful in assisting with the change and were pleasant its rare now a days to see or get good customer service they were both excellent and an asset to your company.

wasn't to happy about the powdered eggs for breakfast and when i checked out I was billed an extra 260.00 for a smoking fee that never happened and when I asked for an explanation she said the housekeeper said there was evidence. I asked what evidence and the manager hung up on me when i call back and give my name i get a I'll call you back and never receive a call
