I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at SpringHill Suites in the Glendale/Peoria area. When I say the entire experience was AMAZING, I mean AMAZING! This is exactly what hospitality is supposed to look and feel like. First, Mina B. in management deserves a HUGE shout-out. You can tell when a property is being managed with care, attention to detail, and high standards, and it absolutely shows here. Everything was handled so professionally, and the overall experience was pristine. Mina B., you are doing an incredible job! Now let me talk about Raynette at the front desk, because BABY… somebody needs to give this woman a masterclass to teach! 👏 Her customer service was HANDS DOWN some of the best we have ever experienced at a hotel. She was warm, welcoming, professional, attentive, accommodating, and genuinely made us feel like valued guests instead of just another room number. Raynette could literally write the book on exceptional customer service! Other people in hospitality could learn A LOT from her. And then there was our housekeeper, Alexa. OH. MY. GOODNESS. 👏👏👏 This woman did a PHENOMENAL job! Our room was cleaned beautifully and with such attention to detail. There is nothing better than coming back after a long day to a room that looks, smells, and FEELS freshly cleaned. Alexa clearly takes pride in her work, and it shows. Always enjoy the staff This time, although it’s not the fault of the staff, but my floor- the fourth floor every time I came out of my room it smelled like someone had been smoking weed up there on the floor so that was a little discouraging, but I know it’s hard to regulate that

Did not have the room we reserved. ended up staying in a handicap room. Bed was very low. Hard to get in and out of when you have a bad back. They told us we reserved from a third party site, so they didn't know what room we wanted even though there was a choice when booking. They pretty much told us nothing they could do, the regular rooms went to preferred members. The hotel was ok and the continental breakfast was better than expected, but the customer service was horrible.

This is the second time booking at this hotel. Our stay was perfect it’s quiet and beds are comfy! Breakfast and hot coffee!

Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices including fresh items. Close to shopping and eating 😊

We stayed at this location one night for a dental school interview. The location was very convenient however we found live cockroaches in the kitchen sink drain, and when I told them about it, they offered to move our room which we declined as we were leaving properly the next morning, but I asked for any refund any compensation and was declined. They gave me Marriott points, which means nothing. They should have at least given us a partial refund or a small competition.

Everything was good and the staff was super friendly. Our room had a weird smell but other than that it was a good stay.

We booked the room for a 5 person family, but only 3 of us ended up attending. The room was overly spacious for the 3 of us and would have accommodated the 5 of us comfortably. The room looks newly renovated, shower is spacious, and location is fantastic. We were in town to visit friends, but there is plenty to do in the area to stay more than busy need be between attractions and dining. Great find.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Bed is comfy and rooms are clean. Pool location and not able to get back in from pool at the back. Had to walk arounk on the street to enter hotel on the side enterance. Little scary when alone.

Good workout room. Rooms clean. Showers excellent.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Great coffee. At breakfast, there was no meat (sausage or bacon) to go with the eggs.
