Breakfast was nothing to talk about. The room was ok soap dish in shower was broken had to ask for soap shampoo and conditioner to be filled.Housekeeping didn’t come until 3:00p.m when we were hanging in the room for a short period. I wouldn’t book this hotel again

Our bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The room was otherwise clean and toiletries were stocked. There were dozens of bees in a crack in the sidewalk around the pool. We have two members of our family that are allergic to bee stings so we were unable to enjoy the pool

Only issue was the elevator.

Front desk lady was kinda rude

AC wasn't cold. Toilet clogged. Room was hot. Late check in as well. No clean rooms were available so we had to wait. Maintenance guy had to give us his fan.

The staff! The morning breakfast had something for I think almost everyone! The staff taking care of it kept it stocked and the tables clean! We checked in late and the young lady at the front desk was great!!!! I’m sad I didn’t get her name but she went above and beyond!!! She gets 5 stars!!!! I liked that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the rooms! The rooms were clean and had a nice setup. My refrigerator was loud and woke me all night as well as the ice machine in the hallway (right by my room) was leaking and they had a loud fan drying the floor and several times during the night and very early in the morning someone was vacuuming up the water with a very loud machine! The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. The worse thing of all was the hot tub! The water was not even lukewarm but the jets didn’t even work! The dial was in a big state of disrepair! This would be a great place to stay but it definitely needs some work!

The rooms are always nice and clean. Breakfast is good and they're helpful. The property is a bit old and in need of renovation, but at least the rooms are nice.
