Would recommed. Only issue is when we booked, we were unaware of the no pet policy. We traveled with 2 service dogs.
-
The staff was great I love it all no complaints
-
The room was clean and the A/C worked great. Breakfast wasn't bad.

This hotel is old and in need of renovation. The lobby is dingy and old. The elevator door takes forever to open. With so many other hotels nearby.. in walking distsnce..I'm not sure how they stay in business As mentioned.. the obvious age and condition

no, everything was great.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was greeted at the front desk when I arrived and all my questions were answered. It was a very pleasant experience.

Overall, great experience until checkout. I would still stay again if nrrdrd We stayed Thursday and Friday nights this week because our AC was not working at home. No problems at all during our stay until check out this morning, Saturday, the person at front desk was texting on her phone and did not even look up at me when I put the room keys on counter and said I am checking out of rooms 323 and 324, can I get a receipt please? Still without looking up from her phone she kept texting and said, we are out of printer paper, I asked for it to be emailed and she said we dont have your email address, by now, I was frustrated by her lack of basic customer service skills. I said that I would reach out to the company myself to get it. (Needed to have property management potentially reimburse part of our expense) I went outside to wait for my ride and she came outside several minutes later to ask for my email. She explained she had been texting housekeeping. She could have simply made eye contact and said I'll be with you in a moment. Only other slight inconvenience was so many bees and ants at pool and jacuzzi was in dire need of a good cleaning. Everything else was outstanding. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. The free hot breakfast was very good, with a variety of options. The elevator door also operated very slowly.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, and the pool was clean. The only thing that needed to be cleaned was the jacuzzi but I won't make too big a deal about that. Overall I had a pleasant stay and I would come back.

Clean room and excellent staff

Great hotel with lots of activities and great places to eat. Close to freeway, but still a quite room. Room was very nice, clean, and working AC, Will stay again

Everything was great except for breakfast. The fake eggs were gross.
-
The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good. The one bad thing is the ice machine was never working.
-
The breakfast was the best. The staff in charge of that area is really nice.

Location was great with alot of places to eat within the area and the morning breakfast was great and the staff are very polite and helpful. I mean the building is showing its age but like all buildings do things are never perfect but the stay was still great.
