Had an issue with a clogged tub but they immediately sent someone to fix it.

Hallway on third floor was dirty, room was clean and comfortable temp in room, especially compared to the hot hallway. I don’t think they had a/c on in the hallway at all. Staff was very kind and attentive. For a La Quinta, the bathroom really needs an upgrade, floor tiles were cracked.

Looking forward to to my next trip soon with La Quinta Inn

Overall the property was pretty nice. Centrally located to shopping and food. Wished the pool was indoors since it was so hot. Had some issues with the WiFi but other than that, all good!
-
They have the most amazing breakfast!! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay here every time I can and will recommend to everyone I know!! Hands down best hotel in the west valley!

The tv in the room didn’t work. The remote was broken could not turn down the volume and get a correct channel to stay. The room key did not work had to go back to the front desk. No one was there waited…. A maid came by and asked her if she knew where she was. Had no clue. Called the front desk while standing there no one came to pickup the phone. Another maid came by asked again. I was hot tired and finally another clerk showed up and got my key corrected. Again really hot sweating and tired. Outlet in the room did not work. I’m not going back

This property is close to my family. Convenience is key.

The Hotel had problems with the pool and algae! Somewhat disconcerting to us, as our primary reason for staying at this hotel for a full week, was the pool. Staff managed to deal with the algae and within two days we were back at poolside time at Comfort Inn and suites, a sister facility. Well done by the staff

Foul. The pool was the color of shrek the entire time. The room was dirty, the trash bins had ants from lack of changing it. We were there for four days and they were never changed. The one upside is the staff was really kind and acknowledge the lack of budget to pay for staff, however every day a houskeeper was seen, they just blatantly ignored the common area trash bins. Housekeeping was on call, you had to let them know 24 hours in advance to get service. Lastly, the main hallways have zero air conditioning, so throughout the day, in the summer, you are looking at a 90 degree temperature walk from your room to the elevator and the main hallway entrances into the hotel are broken and do not lock or latch at all, so anyone can walk into the hotel.

It was good. We had a terrible experience at a previous location called extended stay. Recommend La Quinta.

Very clean and friendly staff
-
The worst thing was the shower valve didn't work. Therefore NO SHOWER just a tub.

No stars for: overall poor condition of the premises, especially the elevator. Buttons on 3rd floor were wired incorrectly. Hotel rear entry door was never locked. Room was subpar also: inconsistent key card reader (had keys changed multiple times), air flow / fan not working in bathroom, air conditioner was extremely loud and clanky, and miscellaneous quality issues (dents, dings, chipped paint, stained carpet, etc.).
-
The back side elevator malfunction twice while we were in it. It was so scary. Never used it again, rooms were outdated but ok.
-
Always good pricing, great location close to shopping

The staff are great. We especially love the free breakfast and the lady who works it 5 days a week. She preps and stocks constantly. If you need anything she is happy to get it for you. Tip her well!
