The property is getting old. Need to fix a lot of area.

Location is great! Super clean for being an older hotel. Breakfast was above the normal standard but you have to eat it In the lobby which felt controlling.

It was in a great area, really well layed out, simple but beautiful. I have no complaints. Maybe the hot tub water wasn’t hot, but maybe because it was 110 outside it would feel any hotter than the air lol. I wouldn’t change a thing.

Breakfast was decent, but you can only enjoy it in the dinning area (not your room). The attendant for breakfast was very helpful and displayed GREAT customer service skills!

Really everything was good. I had to bring my dog. It was our first experience in a hotel. The dog didn't do well. We all had no sleep. Not the hotel's fault.

The hotel was HOT in the lobby and the hallways. I had the a/c in the room cranked as low as it could go, but never fully cooled off. Breakfast was very good. Arizona is just too hot this time of year!

Breakfast has been, and continues to be, excellent. Our main server was a young lady named Lulu. She was so disarming and helpful to not just us, but everyone who attended the breakfast.

Location to what I needed to do. There was always nobody at the Front desk.

We always stay in the one bedroom suite, and love the spaciousness of the unit and the furnishings

Property parking lot in the rear had no lighting. Total darkness. Parking lot has lights but most in back were out.

Anytime I come to this hotel, the staff are always professional, friendly, and go out of their way to help you. This property is one of my favorites because of the staff, the breakfast, and the relaxing courtyard with all the birds. I do wish the elevator on the back side was working but other than that I had no problems

Bed and bath was clean, carpet was dirty. Dirt carpet, sewage smell in hallway, broken door latch, had to prop the door open slightly with the deadbolt to ensure I could get back in.

Elevator and carpet need maintenance and repair/replacement
