Location good Room smells like cigarettes and urine

Um the parking was good and the son at the desk was cool but that’s it tbh Said they couldn’t charge my card when booking said it was charged made me pay twice had very dirty towels and bathroom and changed the price on me then on top of that it was in safe 4 police trucks were called on the property I wish I could get my money back I tried to ask customer service to cancel the reservation

and when finally someone upshowed to give us the room to find that it was they gave us a room that was already used by someone alse .had to stay cus it was late and they did not have any more rooms available

Friendly staff clean rooms and fast internet with smart tvs. Microwave in the room mini fridge and coffee pot The vending machine was broken

Not much. the room I was given had dirty sheets, dirty table, dirty bathroom, dirty microwave etc... The receptionist was very polite and accommodating...

The walls are super thin and the bed noisy. I could hear the people upstairs having sex for most of the night.

Location No service, only provide room, extremely basic. It should be priced much cheaper.

Absolutely nothing. Room was dirty, especially the bathroom. Sink faucet barely worked and the shower/tub was stained, nasty. Bedding and furniture had multiple cigarette burn holes. I could not understand the staff and the environment was not pleasant, noisy neighbors.

Coffee. No Bedside Light.

Clean rooms. Comfortable. Not much to do around the location.

It was nice and clean, a little outdated but comfortable. There is parking, has nice tree, there was a small coffee maker, and coffee provided. The personnel was really kind and helpful. I felt safe. My room didn’t have a working heater but the personnel did point it out immediately and brought me another heater as I went to my room. the area looks old. and my neighbors were annoying moving things around.
