only area Everything was very dirty. I was even disgusted to take off my clothes and go to bed. It was terribly dirty. I slept in my things.

I want my money back! Implied religious symbol at window checkin. A SWASTIKA. glued to the inside of check in window. Glued on and it appeared that it was slipping downward on window with the glue.

Room wasn't filthy, just not maintained - and could use a deep cleaning. You think for the price charged they could do a little maintenance... Duct tape on inside of door (holding batteries for key card reader). Toilet made screaming noise for a full 20 seconds after flushing and apparently when other rooms flushed as well. Also had to give a $10 cash deposit (refundable) for tv remote and key card. Room was over $125 and I didnt even get a full roll of toilet paper!

The bedding was not very clean. Older, not updated room..

It was close to where I needed to be and there was a CVS and a restaurant nearby. The beds weren't very comfortable.

Location is fine and conveniently located in Burbank. Smallest parking lot I've ever seen. They advertise free onsite parking, but the spaces are sized more like for shopping carts than cars. When I got back to the motel at midnight there were none I could squeeze into. Ridiculous. TV did not work at all. The room was clean but as drab and ugly as could be.

Key card reader for room door was broken. They couldn't find my reservation. The floor of the room was covered in food crumbs, tree nuts, and sand. AND, no hot water. Just shockingly bad all around.

Pillows and bed was comfortable. Room was quiet, despite being the closest to the street. Minifridge was an unexpected, pleasant surprise. Liked the warm paint colors, but somewhat too bright. Floors were very dirty (faux wood and tile); needed a good mopping. Made the bottoms of my bare feet black. Toilet paper initially supplied very stingy; had to ask for more. Non-working lamp on desk.

I liked that the property was quiet and safe. The room was comfortable and had a nice vibe. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom was spacious but could be newer.

Not super clean, but not filthy either. Deadbolt broken/covered w duct tape? in this room, but not in the room when I stayed previously.

Proximity to Ikea and dining. The property manager only knows how to scream. When asked that she not scream, she screamed back, "That's my tone, I'm not screaming". Huh? No hot water for 36+ hours. Parking lot filled with junk cars and large Vehicles. Great stay if this is your last stop to skid row.
