Super clean, staff were great definitely loved our stay. Will return.

The room had a lot of dust, shower was clogged, you all need to put and refrigerator& microwave. To be honest was very unsatisfied with the hotel.

Staff very welcoming. Offered perks where available..quiet boutique vibe on similar area of town. Loved that. Beds perfect and the Kitchen restaurant food was good.

5th floor hallway was filthy dirty and stained. Water was shut off in the entire hotel from 10pm on arrival day until 6 AM the next morning.

Pool could have been a little cleaner, otherwise very nice! Will come back again!

Hotel is ok for families or short stays.

They should let you know what floor the room is located on. I felt like there was a misrepresentation on the location of the room. I was located on the bottom floor, next to the pool. It was loud and the lights were on all night. It was difficult to sleep because I can hear everything, including the people who were staying above me.

Fantastic location 5 mins walk to downtown burbank rooms great size but not very modern needs an update and we had a suite rm booked sofabed in the lounge uncomfortable to sleep on so asked for topper mattress as u could feel the springs still waiting for the girl at the main desk to sort!!!spoke to the front desk day later and young guy sorted it maid service very sporadic so if your used to bedding being changed in a 9nt stay not happening beds made twice but never the sofabed!! Didnt eat in the resterant but food looked nice would stay again but purely because of central location

My go to hotel in Burbank. Staff were wonderful, room was excellent, facilities kept up nicely. Didn’t eat but dining area was busy. Parking garage reasonable but didn’t have to pay as my son only parked briefly when picking us up or dropping off. Will stay again.

Yeah, the room was pretty dated and not clean. The floors were pretty dirty and there was a bloody booger on the mattress skirt. Found a french fry behind the desk and just seemed like the floor hadn’t been cleaned. The pool was OK, but I also felt like it was pretty dirty too. There was a bloody Band-Aid at the bottom of it. The staff was nice and I do appreciate that.

We notified the hotel that we were checking in late. When we got there we were given room 516 initially which is two beds. I talked to the lady at the front desk and told her that I booked a king bed. She said since we booked with a 3rd party it is requested but not guaranteed. I said I already pre-paid and again she reiterated that it is requested and guaranteed. So I said what is the point in choosing a room and pre-paying? I said I am a married person and now we are going to sleep in two separate beds. And then she asked for my key back and issued room 350, which is a king bed. I couldn’t believe it but didn’t say anything anymore. I got tot the room the room was musty. I informed front desk and I told her that we turned on the AC and maybe after it runs for a while the smell would improve. She said if there’s availability the next day she would move us. We stayed in the room for the entire stay because we don’t want anymore hassle our stay was a short. We want to add the curtain do not close all the way, it has about a 12-15inch gap, so the sun comes in. It only has one side of the sheer curtain. The furnitures need retouch of paint.

Not the most comfortable beds or pillows. The a/c was loud and kept me up throughout the night. Had some plumbing issues with the toilet backing up. When I checked in the hotel the communication at the front desk did not explain extra charges or even what floor I was staying on or how to use the elevator or amenities that were available. This hotel wouldn’t be my first choice to rebook again.

Kind and helpful staff, and quiet environment. Basement parking is $25 per night and warns that you use it at your own risk, but that seems the norm in CA.

We have always enjoyed our time at the Hilton Garden Burbank. The facility is clean and convenient for our travels. We wanted to stay another night in our room but had to check out and re-check in to a different room. We had wished to stay in our room we had used for 3 days. The front staff lady was not helpful and encouraged us to use the internet versus accommodate us by using her Hilton system: We had no issue with additional charges however due to the check out and check in options we ended up leaving the property and going to another facility.
