Residence Inn by Marriott Los Angeles Burbank Downtown

Room had stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Felt like a whole apartment instead of a small room. Very clean and staff was very nice. One of the best hotels I’ve been to in LA.

What a hidden gem! We appreciate how clean the property was, including the room. Even the streets and neighborhood were clean and quiet. Great location right off the freeway. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. We got to enjoy the pool and fire pit- definitely recommend sitting on the pool patio to enjoy a beautiful SoCal sunset! The staff was great and the breakfast was really good. I really appreciate the care the staff took to keep the breakfast area clean and stocked. We will be recommending this hotel to our family and friends and hope to come back for another visit soon! Thank you To the great hotel staff!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to Universal, restaurants, and shopping areas. We especially appreciated the spacious room, which felt more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room. The fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus and made our stay even more convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist whenever we had questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning, which provided a good variety of options to start our day. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel’s location. It was easy to get around Burbank and visit nearby shops, while still being in a quiet and safe area. Parking was convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and family-friendly. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable stay. We would definitely recommend Residence Inn by Marriott Burbank Downtown to couples, families, and anyone looking for a comfortable home-away-from-home experience in Los Angeles. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit.

Nice hotel, however, it sits directly on the freeway. Unfortunately, I'm a light sleeper and our room was on the traffic side. There were no other rooms on the opposite side of the hotel per staff, however, staff were very helpful and did their best to accommodate. Pool is quite small, but the kiddo enjoyed it. Overall the hotel is clean, has a calm environment, and staff is friendly and helpful.

Everything Non EV cars were parked in EV stations preventing me from charging in the night time

The room and property were nice. I loved how quiet the room was and how I did not hear a peep from any of my neighbors.

We asked for daily housekeeping and they happily accomodated. Staff was friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious (we stayed in a king room). It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hot and they had extra niceties (6 toppings for oatmeal, cartons of milk with different fat percentage, blueberry compote and whipped cream for mini waffle maker). Parking was undercover, which was nice. Only complaint was lack of ice machines. Breakfast staff kindly filled our water cups though.

They double charged us and it took over 2 weeks to finally talk to someone to get the charges wiped off my credit card.

Staff upon initial check in was less than ideal. Not sure if the girl was new, but several things were missed and we had to go back downstairs a couple times. She was very friendly, so not a big deal - Just kind of annoying. Hotel is very quiet, the rooms are clean and very spacious. Breakfast was great. Perfect distance between both Warner Bros Studio & Universal Studios. About a 10 min drive both directions. Would gladly stay here again.

Very clean, well-stocked, well-designed room. Everything worked well and the staff was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. Very much enjoyed my stay.

This is always our fav spot to stay at. The hotel is great, staff awesome. It is in the perfect location for everything you do and in walking distance to downtown Burbank and the malls. You'll always need to rent a car when in and around LA/Burbank but the best spot. If you need a place to book do it. They serve a good breakfast and you are also close to the best breakfast place anywhere in Charlie and Friends. Book you stay at the Residence Inn, you'll enjoy it.
