Got my best night sleep on their beds according to my watch. Large big rooms.

I left my makeup bag in the bathroom u def the sink. called a couple hours after checking out and they say they didn’t find it. I know for certain that’s where it was left so housekeeping stole it.

It was very clean, the breakfast was a plus like the big spacious room

Great stay! The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Love the outdoor/pool area access from the room with a little patio. Love the seating area with a couch, big tv, microwave and mini fridge. Great breakfast!

The breakfast might’ve been nice if there was any food left. We got there just before 9AM, not knowing they were closed. The nice lady found us some bread to toast and some juice. There would’ve been eggs and bacon if we had gotten there earlier. I purposely forgot that hotel to be able to have a breakfast. Otherwise, the hotel was good. The water was so soft that it was actually hard to get the soap off showering and washing your hands.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, and the breakfast in the morning was very good. Great pool and property! Would stay again.

This hotel was perfect for our family get away. I feel like so many hotels don't accommodate more than 2 kids, so I'm always looking for one that can keep our 3 with us. This hotel happily slept our family of 5. The staff was so friendly. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. This was such a convenient location as well: we took a trip to Santa Monica pier which was only about 45 minutes away. The other days were spent going to Universal Studios which was only a 15 minute drive through a super nice part of Burbank. Breakfast before our long park days was a great way to start. The only recommendation I have is to get another waffle machine at breakfast so their isn't a long wait.

Rooms were clean spacious comfortable beds the staff were friendly smooth check in check out the breakfast was good every day different items on the menu easy access to the parking close to shopping mall and restaurants room service is good strongly recommended N/A

Nace place with family.

Rooms are nice and clean, staff was nice, breakfast sucks! Same fruit every day and no cut up fruit, potatoes are very nasty with whatever seasoning they are using! Sausages not fully cooked very little selection of food! Waffles machine all the way at the bar. Coffee milk selection is basic and they are not like other hotel’s coffee only in the morning they don’t have it out for u during the day. Pool rail is very loose! Also after all the money we pay to stay here they still want to charge $30 a day to park!!! The queen beds look more like Full size bed.

I absolutely love this location. They have one of the biggest Jacuzzi at a hotel I’ve ever seen, which is really nice. They have checker and other games for kids out in the patio area. I absolutely love the fire pit. Anytime I go to LA I stay here. It’s my favorite place in LA to stay.

No complaints. Overall stay was good

Hotel very clean. Rooms were clean and we'll maintained. Pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast included was solid and an added value. Fees for parking are annoying and laundry room should be updated to a cashless system. Getting quarters is a pain for $3 a load.

Clean rooms and wonderful staff!

Front desk was great, everything was pretty good, until it was time to go to bed, 2 queen size beds and a sofa, one of the beds had long a$$ hairs within the linens, it was bad experience.

No smoking area available!

Beautiful and clean hotel. Staff was kind, parking was easy and rooms were spacious and comfy. Free breakfast was lovely with kids. Would definitely recommend!
