Nice Jacuzzi, Bed pillows so soft and Shower perfect temperature warm

I stayed at the Glen Capri for one night on Monday, September 28, 2026. Checked in with no problems. But room #216 upstairs was terrible. Bathroom light switch panel was cracked, inside bed sheets were dirty with dirt, the phone did not work & the air conditioner was barely working. Front desk was notified of the issue. The female employee who checked us and a man, assuming manager. And both said it was working but it was barely blowing. It was cooler outside then it was inside the room. They kept giving us the run around, not wanting to let us change rooms, kept telling us to wait for maintenance 20 minutes then wait another 10 minutes. We waited almost 2 hours before we were able to switch rooms. Is this how you treat your paying guests? Maintenance later did show up with a dirty air filter walking to the front lobby which was the cause. So we were transferred to room #124 upgraded after being told by first there were no other rooms available by the female employee at the front desk. The air worked great, but was noisy at times. And phone still did not work in the room. I stayed at this establishment once at the end of May 2026 with no problems but with the employees not willing to fix issues immediately and making customers wait in a hot room for close to 2 hours is unacceptable & a waste of customer's time. Management took too long to fix the issue. Parking is $6.99 & fills up at night. Based on my experience, i will not be returning to the Glen Capri in the near future.

Air conditioning smelled like mold and mildew. They placed us in a dirty and dingy room for some reason. Despite the fact that they advertise remodeled rooms for the “Exclusive Room” as per the Queen and King Bed options. The water pressure is also nonexistent for the shower head(s). Otherwise the hotel is quite and the area is very peaceful.

The room looked nothing like that was advertised. The shower was dirty and had bugs, and although the beds were clean and comfortable the room was pretty worn down. We also arrived back on our first night to the unsettling reality of none of our room keys, as well as none of the housekeeping or front desk staff’s keys working. They had to call a handyman to fix our door. Parking lot was a bit of a pain. We appreciate the helpfulness of the front desk staff, but would not stay again.

This was the 2nd time we stayed here and it was great as the first time. It's definitely are go to place when we return to Burbank.

First of all, this place is NOT a hotel like it appears on Expedia. It’s a MOTEL. There is not clear pictures of the outside so you can’t confirm that is a Motel. They mislead us and I’m sure we’re not the only ones. We sent our young daughter by herself thinking this was a regular hotel and was not. We couldn’t cancel after arrival. Very upsetting and disappointed.

The tv wasn’t working that’s it. But they gave us free waters

Poor service was discriminated against. I was treated unfairly by the hotel receptionist. Room was DIRTY !

No The interior of the room is very dirty and the room is broken all over, plus there are mosquitoes walking around in the room and it smells very bad, I didn't like its cleanliness in any way, plus it's better, what does $7 parking money mean, so you pay for the parking lot of a room I keep, it's ridiculous and they're officially scammers

The office staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was so modern comfortable And clean-And huge! I booked the king bed with the Jacuzzi tub in room. I was in the beginning of a surprise Divorce with my manipulative, controlling -& cheating spouse so I Needed all The peace and comfort I could find. Nothing.
