Glen Capri Inn & Suites - Burbank Universal

I don’t stay at motels, but this one is very clean and in a comfortable area and not to mention the restaurant across the parking lot made it convenient for me to grab a bite to eat. I’ll definitely be back there soon.

Room seemed used and uncleaned.

Check in staff was nice and pleasant. Day time staff seemed like someones nephews and nieces got the job and should not work in customer service. Overall room was neat and clean. Shower is low pressure and only luke warm.

Although the person that checked us in was great, she was limited on what she could provide in regards to amenities. TV had to be reprogrammed since it was non-functional. When I asked for I’ve, she said that I would have to hop the fence to get to the machine since the lock was broken. Also, according to the available hotel amenities, parking was advertised as FREE but we were still charged $6.99 for parking. That’s definitely FALSE Advertising.

Its a motel, it shows it age, but for the price I dont think it can be beat.

Very clean and organized place!

The property was in a low not quiet neighborhood area next to the street anf there seemed to have some homeless in that area. Also it smelled damp. Kind of recently being cleaned or just old. There must be water leaking ftom the other side cuz the floor was wet at 3 am. The toilet seat moved around. For what we got, there shouldn’t haven’t been a fee to park. In the morning there was a homeless walking in to the hotel lobby, then left. The couch was comfortable m the bed was too

Pictures are deceiving. There were some cosmetic issues with the room. The Cooling unit had constantly timed off/out. So, if you don't mind waking up 4 times in the middle of the night, then it's not that bad. I'm assuming the bathtubs only exist in the king rooms because the two double rooms I booked did not have a bathtub. Very roomy and spacious rooms. But TV's do not have streaming so if your staring at the white noise/static screen, you've got to call the front desk so they can program the tv to scan all digital channels. Overall, I was glad to have a place to rest my head but I did not have the greatest time sleeping.

The bathroom require a lot of maintenance , the toilet was loose from the floor.

The bed sheets and towels were dirty and had stains. The floors were dirty like they don't sweep or mope the floors. The shower was disgusting. Tried to shower and it smelled like sewer water.

The room was great. Pretty clean and cozy. Will definitely book again.

All was good but the room has strong... I meant the smell is not got. The Ac barely works ... turns off and on....

Bad management dirty hotel

It was a pain to park, especially when obvious employees of the restaurant park in our spot to go to the restaurant, almost every day, we had to park on the other side of the hotel. The TV was completely useless, we couldn’t get any channels at all. The inside of the room was decent, I’ll give it that. But it was disappointing

The room was nice, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The air conditioner was a little inconsistent at times, but overall we had a pleasant stay.

The room floor was very dirty. There was a roach on the floor. The AC did not cool at all! I would not recommend and will not stay again.

On Friday, May 29, 2026, I stayed at this property for one night. No issues checking in. The room i stayed in had a handicap bathroom. I was not expecting. Not complaining about how spacious the bathroom was & comfortable beds. No issues with the room. I found the mini refridge a great part of the adminities included, along with a hair dryer, a few hangers, a safe & ironing board to the room. It would be nice if a microwave was included. However I was able to warm up my food in the main lobby's microwave & use the bucket in the room to get ice. Very quiet stay. Yes, this property does charge for parking. Not a big deal but parking does fill up quickly at night. The breakfast is not bad. Cereal, milk, juice, toast, waffles. I've seen way worse other hotels. But I would recommend fixing the ceiling in the bathroom with all the cracks in wall. But other than that, no issues. I would recommend & return in the future.
