The outdoor pool water was dirty

Historical property with a quirky vibe! Elevators rode on outside of buildings to give views of surrounding areas, but they typically absorbed the heat from the sun and humidity. Rooms were clean and comfortable with beautiful views of the mountains! Outside gardens with Koi pond was beautiful! Convenient location to walk to downtown and enjoy the local culture.

Stayed here because it was close to Universal Studios and also because they advertised complimentary EV charging and free wifi. Luckily we only stayed for three days because the wifi did not work in our room - only at the hotel lobby - despite the staff saying a ticket to IT was placed and the router has been reset. Also one of the EV charging ports was not working. We paid $57 for parking.

Great location. Food was really good both breakfast and dinner, with room service. Room was clean, comfortable, hot water. I arrived feeling sick and needed early check in and was able to get it which I appreciated so much. There were plenty available parking spots daily. Will definitely come back of needed and recommend it. I did not had any issue or bad experience.

The rooms could use some updating. The carpet looks very old. It would be nice if they replaced it with LVP or some other flooring. The sofa and the chair looked very old. I’m not sure I would want to sleep on that sofa bed. It is probably fine, but it looks so old. All the other furniture looked nice. The king bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The coffee maker was not a Keurig, but it made one cup at a time similar to Keurig. And their coffee was good. The pool was disappointing. It was small and there were only a few chairs. I counted six reclining lounge chairs and six barrel chairs. That was it for two towers. The elevators were fast. But they need some type of ventilation in there. It’s nice that there is glass on one side so that you can see the view outside, but it got really hot in there at times. But I would stay there again because of the location and the large rooms. Also, the staff was good. Anytime we ask them for something they brought it right away. I didn’t try their restaurant. We went out to eat while we were there.

It was very nice and super close to everything we wanted to visit. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was really helpful and well informed. Would stay here again and would recommend.

We went to check in at 12:00. We were told we had a room assigned to us, but it was not ready. We notified the front desk at that time that we were working late, and wouldn't check in until 2am. We were told it was fine since the room was reserved for us. when we got there to check in, they had over booked and given our room away, and they only had a 2 queen room when we reserved a king. The next morning, we were told we were going to have our parking comped, but we already had free parking through expedia. we were told we were going to have a suite, which we did, but did not have compensation like we were told we were going to have.

The common areas were really nice, clean, modern. The room itself was clean but a bit dated. Room size was pretty big, but the bathroom was small. The bed was ok, but would not want to stay there longer than a few nights; as the bed was not that very comfortable. My room had a microwave & coffee station (which I did not use) but no fridge. Staff was friendly, but upon checking they didn’t really give me too much info about the property itself; other than where my room was, elevator & parking. I did order room service due to time restrictions & they were quick to arrive.

Needs updating , too expensive for what you get

I have stayed at The Hotel Burbank many times, and each stay is always great. The front desk staff is attentive, and on this trip, my room was upgraded with a nice view. And the Cafe has great food. The Burbank Breakfast is my favorite, along with the Lavender Latte. Overall, I will continue staying at The Hotel Burbank each time I visit LA.

The Hotel was very quiet, Staff very friendly. Nice pool area. A few challenges with the shuttle service, hard to reach hotel for a ride. It seems like Airline personnel take precedence over other guests.

Nice hotel, excellent customer service we called for extra towels and they were delivered within a few minutes.

The staff are the Best! And the room is always clean and the updated amenities are great!

The hotel was well appointed and the staff were very helpful when questions or needs arose. I have stayed at Hotel Burbank on several occasions and will continue to do so in the future.

I was able to use the gym and the room was clean and comfortable……

They only clean the rooms on request even for a 5 nights stay. And when you do request a cleaning and fresh towels they don’t clean it. I had to go downstairs and ask again and they finally came to change the sheets but didn’t bother cleaning the room properly. Extremely disappointed.
