Place is nice and convenient but they didn’t clean our room or give us new towels, and when we checked in the shampoo and body wash bottle was empty (we found out when we were about to take a shower). And because they didn’t clean our room after we stayed in for the first night, they didn’t replenish the body wash either. We asked the room cleaning staff if she could clean our room and she couldn’t understand.

Great old-school hotel and facility. Important note about the sauna: staff require 20 minute lead time to heat up if it is not in use.

Front desk staff were unprofessional and rude when checking in and did not inform me of the broken down elevator for the parking garage (which was also broken down when I stayed previously in Dec 2025) so I had to carry luggage from the car down from the 3rd floor parking area. Be aware there is a charge of $25/day to park and that is your only option to park. Additionally the carpets on each floor smell of musty weed that just lingers. Also, make sure your door actually shuts behind you when leaving/entering as it will not on its own.

Location was good, parking structure was good, bed and pillows were comfortable, room and bathroom were clean, shower head was high, people were friendly, room was quiet.

I stayed 4 nights with my son and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The property was within walking distance to food and entertainment. I would stay again. Highly recommend.

The parking lot elevator was broken, which you pay a larger fee for. The desk attendant said sorry. He did not attempt to compensate or seem to care. We will not be staying here again. The hall way window had spider webs and so much dust.

Rooms were well equipped and very clean, comfortable. Pool was refreshing and clean. Location was perfect! A shuttle was available and on time for the airport. Have stayed here on several occasions and will continue to do so!

Always a clean room and glad they re-opened the beautiful Crystal View Lounge on top! Only nitpick: need to move the bar back across the hall to where it was years ago as the Casting Call Lounge. It’s a better area for a bar and bring back karaoke Saturdays! Bring Back The Casting Call Lounge as well! Always a nice stay!

Location location location! Right on top of i5 with easy walk to food options. Really easy access to universal, the studios and Griffith. Great location! Na

The hotel was in a great location, very convenient to the downtown area. The staff was very helpful when I inquired about the metro station. The room was very clean and tidy. The elevator was located in a strange area from the lobby but that's an architectural issue rather than an inconvenient issue. I came back late, around 11:30 pm and needed some food, the restaurant or cafe was closed except for the bar and they only had frozen dinners which I ordered, it wasn't bad but would've been nice to be able to sit down with the regular menu.
