Close to Wheaton College enjoyed my stay
-
Alarms were going on both mornings we were at the location. Terrible service and no one knew what was going on. Never staying again.
-
Afternoon/Evening staff was an absolute treat! He was funny, kind and caring. Room was clean, comfortable and very big. Would definitely stay here again.

Not as nice as the photos suggest.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!! Absolutely disgusting stay!!! Hotel is so filthy and smoky my son and I got sick immediately the next day. The rooms full of stains dirt and odour, it needs to be shut down immediately by the public health authorities. BTW, the pictures would not justify the filthiness.

The room was missing several basic amenities, including a Do Not Disturb sign, clothes hangers, and a luggage rack. The bathroom sink leaked, and the air conditioner in the second room barely worked, making it uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very repetitive, with the exact same options every day. The sausage, in particular, had an odd taste and wasn't very appetizing. The pool was the only amenity we really enjoyed and even then it was only so enjoyable. The pool stairs are extremely slippery and the railing is not secured. My husband slipped and nearly got injured entering the pool. Overall, the hotel has a very run-down feel. Noise was also a constant problem, as other guests were letting doors slam at all hours of the day and night. Additionally, there was often a man sitting in the lobby who stared at guests as they walked through, which made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet our expectations. Between the cleanliness issues, lack of basic room amenities, maintenance problems, poor breakfast variety, and overall worn-down condition of the property, I would not choose to stay here again.

Water in the shower was great
-
Easy parking. Breakfast food was tasteless and cold. Property is in need of deep cleaning and remodeling. Friendly staff.

It's good for the price you pay.
-
Location. Convenient to my destination. Old, not updated, room had an odor, shower/bathtub had a chip in it.

It was a great place to stay with my family only thing bad the breakfast could be better!!

There were definitely not enough towels in the room when we got there there was one large towel and two small towels when I asked for more I was told that there should be three towels in the room, but I was given an addition no two towels that were a little bit bigger than the small towel, and then when we went to the pool it had so much chlorine in it that my grandson actually got sick after he swam in it, the continental breakfast was good, but we will not be going back to this hotel, it was not clean in the room or in the pool area

The location is kinda ok. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. There were urine drops on the toilet seat and hair everywhere. The toilet seat hadn't even been washed or wiped down. We were traveling with a small child, so this was especially disappointing and unacceptable. We were also given a connecting room, and the guests in the adjoining room repeatedly knocked on the connecting door around at 1.25 Am , disturbing our sleep. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Clean and comfortable room. Quiet and convenient area

In room 123 the hot and cold was flipped on the shower stall.Dogs were barking almost every night. Because of the wildfires, the fire alarm went off 11:57 pm and scared me to death. People partying across the hall. A/C was just adequate. Breakfast awful.
