Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lombard

Pool had “chlorine issue” the first couple of days during the stay. They did give a pass to a local small waterpark. Breakfast was the usual continental, with eggs and turkey sausage everyday. We stayed 5 days. Great location. Quiet hotel. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Safe place for a family. 2 beds in the room, one sat higher up than the other. One was very firm and the other softer. Side entry door doesn’t always work, so you have to come through the lobby a lot to enter. You can barely hear the tv over the ac unit. Overall it did what I needed it to, for the time we spent there.

No hot tub

Continental breakfast was average, all the usuals. Kept clean and stocked during serving hours. Room was awesome. Has everything necessary to keep you comfy. Love the “couch” area. Only one way to enter and exit the property which is a bit cumbersome. When returning from one of the two directions you have to make a U-turn on a very busy road. Over all would recommend staying here.

Very quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. However, The grounds were not well kept - looking rough from the outside. That is I give 4 stars not 5

Printer didn’t work in the business center. My room is dirty. The air conditioner had no control. It was 52° and the only way I could get it to cool down was just unplug it. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work so therefore I had to blow dry and curl my hair out by the bed with no mirror would not recommend staying at this facility.

Excellent staff pleasant neighborhood location

The staff was Awesome and the rooms were very clean!!

There was no TV in the bedroom. There’s a bunch of wires coming out of the desk. There was a hole in the wall next to the bed. There was no telephone. I had to go downstairs and talk to the front desk.
