Loved this hotel had free breakfest could use the pool the spa and the gym

Love the atmosphere & Friendliness of the Day Staff! Good People! It is an older hotel but very clean - good atmosphere! Good Breakfast - healthy options! Just 1 thing - lack of enough luggage carts! For two seniors(80’s) a touch difficult!

Exceptional

The room was clean and the lady that clean was very nice person we asked for more sheets for our daughters that was sleeping in the sofa bed and she was really helpful. I recommended a new sofa bed it was a bit uncomfortable but everything else was nice. The lady in the breakfast area was very lovely and really attentive

Overall, nothing to say except superlative

Good quiet place to stay for my business trip. Housing keeping was good they came by to check up how the room was and cleaned it up. Breakfast could have more variety choices to improve on the quality to serve the guest at hotel.

This hotel should invest in a backup generator for these types of situations. Overall though, I do feel it was a great stay for the price and the room was perfect for us for the week.

Really nice hotel. Travel into Chicago is pretty rough. Approx an hour but staying here made up for that. Room very clean, beds great, roll away quickly brought to us and in good shape, plenty of hot water and good pressure. Excellent breakfast menu and some different items on the 2 mornings we had breakfast. Staff friendly and quick to refill items, get that roll away, great desk service. Easy to get around Lombard and great places to eat. We are choosing to return next week, rather than look for another hotel.

Great location and friendly staff. My kids loved the late waffle breakfast and the small swimming pool with jacuzzi.
