Don’t stay here. Rooms were disgusting from blood stains on the curtains, to the wall having bumps all over it, to the toilet clogging. It was a very uncomfortable stay.

Good breakfast, nice size room, room was clean besides sheets were a little stained, not dirty, just took them off and used our own. Pool looked clean. Nice staff and helpful.

Our sheets were nasty and stained when we checked in and we asked that they be changed while we at dinner. All they did was set a new pair of sheets in our room and we had to change them ourselves. The mattresses were lumpy, and the water pressure was awful.

That was already an issue, but it was even worse because the staff acted like we we’re inconveniencing them and were annoyed and rolling their eyes when we asked for towels. On our last morning there, I asked for towels because we hadn’t any I was told they didn’t have any. I said “okay, we’ll check out is at 11 and there’s no way we’re going to be gone if we have to wait for towels” at that point again, rolled his eyes and asked me how many towels I needed and went to the back go get them! Anyway, it was a great price but it was not the best service.

Everything was great. Clean, food was good, and the staff was excellent. I wish the pool stayed open until at least 10pm and the beds were a little more comfy. But it was overall nice.

I made several request to the front desk for service. Each front desk associate promised our room would be serviced the next day (NEVER HAPPEND). I to request for clean Lennon every day of our stay. Bed, bathroom, nor trash was taken over four days (UNACCEPTABLE). We have pictures of small crawling insects/bugs on your bed. We informed the front desk associate only feedback was I'm sorry apologies (UNACCEPTABLE). Furniture was old, beat-up and outdated. We refused to sit or use the couch and cloth chair. Due dinginess and sex stains on the material (UNACCEPTABLE). I can go on but upon checking out. I requested to speak with the Manger of the property. The front desk associate mentioned he was off and will give me a personal call the next day. As of 7/11/2026 I have not heard from the manager or anyone from Choice Hotels. I am 100 percent disappointed and dissatisfied with this property and experience. I am a loyal Choice Hotels Member, reevaluating whether to refer or stay at another Choice Hotel again.

Go back up to front desk....I explained what happened ..the reply was...Room was not ready because they were busy ....The pass card did not work because no they say they are changing locks ( Funny thing , I asked them to reswipe the card again .this time I watch. Non it worked......The next day as I checked out there was a guest very upset..They indicated they had no warm water ..It was ice cold...This inn is in dire need on help..Oh I also asked to speak to the staff manager on duty ...They informed me that that individual had decided to take off for the weekend ..So no-one responsive for taking care of issues was there....Customer Service STINKS !!!!! (Never Again)

Great hotel

Breakfast was good, staff was okay, except for the ladies preparing the breakfast they were friendly. Good luck trying to get extra towels, not happening had to wait for fresh towels.

Our room had ants in it and a leak in the wall. The room smelled muggy. When I went to workout in the gym that by the way has only 3 machines from the year 2000 I had to ask the front desk how to turn them on and was told they weren’t working.

The couch was dirty and was part of our sleeping arrangement. There was not enough towels. The parking lot was under repairs.
