It was down the middle. Not perfectly clean..not dirty. Comfortable enough. Breakfast was pretty good except for the runny eggs

Blackout blind didn’t close all the way down, and no one came to look at it despite our request. Breakfast was very average. Gym was small.

There were ants all over the room and when they told them about it, they didn’t do anything. The breakfast was a mess. They didn’t restock very often and they were out of a lot of items are supposed to have early on. But it does look like the back room slightly. The kids did like that.

Always clan , never missed. Large breakfast variety. Pool is convenient. Hot tub never works though so that’s a bummer

Was a nice comfortable stay in a nice area outside of the city. Lots of good shopping and food within five minutes travel and about 10 minutes to Albany downtown

It was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but it was a good stop as we were traveling through.

This hotel is going through a remodel, and it looks beautiful! The front desk agents are friendly and helpful. The newer room looks amazing with the block colors, new flat-screen, larger refrigerator, new microwave etc. The beds are so comfortable and all the limens are fresh, fluffy, and white..Thank you for s beautiful 😍 stay.

We arrived late and left early so we didn't see too much of the property.. It was obvious that renovations were going on.. Our room was clean and comfortable. I'd stay there again.

Only real complaint is the hot tub/spa was out of order. Now I get that things break. But as it was a consideration in our booking. I feel it should have been communicated that it was not working.

We had a comfortable stay. The corridor smelled of smoke, but the not the reception. The room was clean and all the amenities were functional. The breakfast was good.
