Four Points by Sheraton Albany

Clean rooms, helpful staff, great indoor pool

I was traveling with family and they had an excellent spaces for us to meet and gather, talk or games together. The desk clerk helped us get the baseball game on the TV, he was just so helpful and pleasant. On our next trip to Albany this is the place we will all choose to stay.

For the money it wasn’t worth it. No room service, did not clean my room, and the air conditioner was way too loud.

Very impressive hotel and amazing rooms. The bar and server was so nice with an excellent burger with local beer selections. The bed was excellent and loved the space. Can't wait to stay again soon!

Easy access to all amenities and the staff was exceptional. Professional, kind, responsive, and genuine. The open fire pits, bar, and food selection were awesome perks. The morbid graveyard view.

I called in advance and asked if we’d have any problems having a girls slumber party and they said they were all set and we’d have no problems. 10 pm on a Saturday night we’re playing a card game and laughing- no music, no tv, just chatting and the room next door complained- the walls are thin. Instead of making sure we were supported in advance as requested they put us next to people and asked us if we wanted to move because they were complaining- they should have offered to move them and honestly they should have put us somewhere where talking isn’t a problem. It wasn’t even late. We toned it down and started to get ready for bed and they come again and say they are complaining Really obnoxious and poor planning. I won’t stay again I’ve never had a problem staying somewhere and being asked to be quiet before midnight on a weekend like there were quiet hours or something Rediculous

The blind in the room is broken. Once down, it won't go up. The way the bed is made is strange. You can't even pull the sheet up to your neck. And breakfast is expensive. Not a good value. Overall, pricey for what you get.
