It’s a great room but all the furnitures are very dusty. My friend and I was disappointed with the breakfast it’s not very good at all it’s very greasy and the orange juice that I ordered it’s not 100% orange juice it’s blend with different fruits. Also the front desk staff are not ver presentable I was expecting that they will wear some sort of uniform but they wore everyday clothes, they look rough. It’s not very professional. When my friend and I checked in past midnight on Friday 08/14th the front desk lady who assisted us didn’t provide us the breakfast vouchers for the breakfast I paid, didn’t give us the instructions on what to do the next day check out to get out of the parking that I paid for. I had to ask for it the next morning. I travelled all over the world and stayed at 4-5 star hotels and I never had a bad experience I’m very disappointed. As I said the room is great it’s wonderful but the rest that I mentioned I would give it 1 ⭐️ rating.

The food in the restaurant is very good, they're generous with their wines and the service is spotless. It's a great place to watch the professionals in Albany coming from work for a drink. Airconditioning in most rooms blows directly on your face as you lie in bed. Even when it's cold outside, the aircon is on non stop during the night and it's quite noisy.

Loved the amenities and room, the restaurant was top notch The staff could be a little rude. We got a package sent to the hotel and we wrote the name down, they told us time and time again it hadn't arrived, the entire time they looked at the senders name.

Great location to MVP arena. No additional fees for parking if guest. Convenient shuttle service and exceptional staff.

We came for the Shinedown and From Ashes to New concert. We added on the breakfast for 2, and we weren't disappointed. The service and the food exceeded our expectations! My husband had the pastrami hash, and I had the classic eggs benedict. They were both excellent. If we come to MVP arena again for a concert, we will 10/10 choose to stay at the Renaissance every time.
