The walls are very thin. We could hear EVERYTHING in the next room.

Extra charges with no explanation. They left my headlights on all night. When retrieving my car the valet backed up inches from my mother. When I complained, the manager said " well, if it was me and I saw a car coming id move out of the way". Well sweetheart if you had a stroke, your reflex would not be the same! Either way they valet should have been mindful of where he was backing up! If I can get a full refund I will. There were also bugs on the walls.

We had an enjoyable stay. What really made the difference was the staff at the front desk. I had damaged my car as I was pulling in to the parking lot. We had two cars, both loaded to the tiptop as we were on our way to move my daughter into her college apartment. The one I damaged was not drive-able. Triple A towed it. My son had to drive up from our home and we had to load everything into his car. The staff at the desk was so understanding and patient when I explained my dilemma. So appreciated and so helpful.

I came here to take the bar exam. The night before my first day of the bar, I heard very strange noise inside the room but was unsure where it came from. Did everything I could to figure out where it came from but to no avail. I kept hearing the noise and was unable to fall asleep until 4 a.m. The next day, I discovered a RAT right under the desk and was absolutely appalled. After talking to the manager, I was promised a full refund but ended up receiving the refund for only one night. When I called, the front desk said they could only refund me for one night despite what happened and refused to take of my ensuing calls. Such an unpleasant experience and would not recommend to anyone!

This Hampton Inn was impacted by the Hilton outage and it was a sold out evening. The people working handled the “chaos” with poise and professionalism as check-in was near impossible. They pivoted and made it work with a few minor hiccups. The main issue with this hotel is there is only one working elevator. We were on the 6th floor and had to walk several times because there was a significant wait for the elevator. At one point there were so many people on it it wouldn’t move and there was a line throughout the entire lobby.
