Everything was good and no complaints

Go down the street to the axe tavern $6 drinks and fun games also alcohol infused ice cream! Nice area and overall quiet especially for the 4th of July. Fireworks were PHENOMENAL!!

Good location. Clean rooms.

Everything was good. The only thing that we had a problem with is the pool. The water looked cloudy with lots of hair floating in the water. So we were planning to use the pool but after seeing that, just couldn't.

AC did not work, floor around entire hotel very dirty, no stairs - only elevator access to guest floors so long waits at elevators
-
Everything was great!

No microwave upon request, take the elevator and warm what you need in the lobby. They supposedly clean the rooms “every three days” but they didn’t clean the rooms at all during my stay nor refilled the coffee amenities. Only thing you can really enjoy is the pool. You have to pay a for breakfast but that was already stated. Ironing board was broken and had to request a new one the first day in. Hot mess of a hotel. Bed is comfy though.

Staff was amazing, I especially appreciated the bartender, and the front desk staff. It was a little inconvenient that there’s no microwaves in the room, and that it’s $20 a day for parking, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

My boy friend checked us in and when he went up to the room he let himself into the and there was already people in it. From there the staff were really helpful in getting him another room and gave us access to this snack bar/breakfast room but the room, hallways, and elevator didn’t feel the cleanest. Smudges on the windows and mirror.

Nice pool, centrally located in downtown Albany

Local coffee brewer free cup o' Joe in the lobby at morning was a nice touch as was the fridge full of B&J ice cream for purchase at the front desk (real spoons at the ready) for the end of day binge.

The hotel had a large group that cooked their own food and you can smell it throughout the hallways. Due to the large group, we were on the 14th floor and continuously had to take the stairs to get down due to the elevator being used. The room was very clean and the bartender was probably the nicest thing about the whole hotel bartender Ky was the only reason we didn’t feel the need to complain as he was very tentative easy to talk to and represent it this actual location well. I travel often and I must say this is the worst Hilton by far and I would go even as far as to say, this is probably one of the worst hotels in general that I’ve stayed at. The staff was aware, but Little that they could do they two were very nice.

We loved the historic location- what a view! It was so comfortable and clean and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic, too! The only drawback was waiting for the elevator. Otherwise, a lovely experience!

If you are going to the MVP arena this Hilton was within walking distance. Lol

Property was clean and all staff were wonderful. Beds have the best linens, but are a little too hard for an aging back, and the pillows have no substance. Only one coffee cup in a room for 2 people, so get an extra as soon as you check in!

When we arrived, it was late, and we went straight to our room. Some of us wanted to take a shower, but unfortunately there was no hot water. The room was also quite warm, so we turned on the air conditioning and lowered the thermostat. After a couple of hours, the room still had not cooled down much. We even lowered the temperature setting to 60 degrees to see if it would make a difference.Eventually, we were able to get some sleep during the five to six hours we would be staying there. By morning, the room was somewhat cooler and tolerable, but it was clear that there was an issue with the air conditioning system.I was disappointed to encounter these issues, especially at a Hilton property. It was a very busy day for us, and I did not have an opportunity to report the concerns to staff during our stay, so that part is on me. I hope these issues are addressed so future guests do not experience the same problems we did.
