Very quiet and comfortable bed. Great views of all the Albany has to offer.

We were not advised about the executive lounge not being open on weekends

The room wasn’t clean. There was a broken lamp shade. The bathroom had trash in it with a marijuana cartridge in the trash. The drawers were dirty and room service was burnt and over priced.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was helpful and very comfortable room.

They do offer shuttle service, but only when someone is there to drive. There was never anyone there when I needed a shuttle to or from the airport, which was an extra expense I wasn’t expecting since they claim they offer it. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Room 1300 was great. Nice size. Comfortable bed. Shower grout was discolored/mildewey as well as the ceiling had stains on it. Very small bathroom in general.

Location The bar staff was terrible however the management definitely made our mishap better. However the waiter/bartender acted like he was too busy for anything.
