Hyatt Place Albany/Downtown

Very much enjoyed our stay and breakfast was great, and excellent hotel staff!

Bien situé . Très propre . La seule chose est un store opaque pour la fenêtre . Il fait très clair dans la chambre le matin !

Checking staff was okay, morning staff, Ed was phenomenal. Polite, helpful, curious and seem like just an all around great person and worker. Room layout is good. The entering on the ground floor, checking in on the lobby and then paid parking that is off site, that’s annoying. With how much the rooms are, the hotel should have the open parking covered and the paid garage optional.

It is a new hotel, the room are nice. But, the better rooms claim to have a great view, they don't. No parking, no EV charger. Breakfast is okay, but close at difference times so you might just go and it is closed even if the staff told you 10h and goes, oops, I will wrong... But, opps doesn't give you a free included breakfast. I wouldn't return.

Good visit! Wish parking was a little more convenient but overall good experience.

The room was nice and clean, other than the air vent that takes in air, it was so dusty. I was wondering why I was sneezing. The tub also doesn’t drain fast enough while showering so you end up standing in ankle deep water. The housekeeping staff was very friendly in the hallways.

It was a wonderful hotel. So close to the Palace Theatre!

Came here at the last minute due to a previous leaving a previous hotel that was the worse. Staff was nice, rooms were nice ( I love Hyatt I wish they will get microwaves in the rooms :-)) the food was also good! Easy checking easy check out!! Recommend always!!

Parking facility

The room was very clean, modern and so comfortable! We enjoyed it completely. The reason for a 4 star review was we were on the backside of the hotel on the 3rd floor and from 8-11pm there was loud music outside.(maybe the brewing company next door?) Having children and an early flight the next morning, it was hard to go to sleep early. I don't know if that is every night or just Friday nights. Otherwise, we Loved the room soooo much.
