Hotel was great only issue was parking . Have to pay for parking which was in walking distance of hotel . But may be a problem with those with mobility issues.

Best stay that I stayed at in Albany, my flight was delayed so I had to make quick resavations, fortunately for us.. we made on with this hotel and let me just say the staff was fantastic, helpful, pleasant to talk to. I mean the hotel itself was beautiful and clean etc, the we didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast however the buffet style look clean .. the most important thing was checking in. The Lady at the front desk was really kind to us when we arrived. She took her time to check me in.. she helped me with everything I needed. She truly was my angel that day. . I was having a rought time leaving Albany and needed somewhere to stay for the night.. anyway I really recommend staying here. It’s super close from the airport.

Our stay at this facility was wonderful..staff was welcoming and informative . Parking was easy . Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom is amazing and AC kicks in very fast, I will highly recommended anyone traveling to Albany to stay at the Hyatt.

Needed a pull out couch in the room. Otherwise the hotel was immaculate and the lemon mint water was a nice touch in the lobby.

Very clean and new room! Nee Nee was a pleasure at check-in and the king bed was so comfortable! And the bathroom was a great size with a quite large shower, the hydro massage showerhead was a plus! Would recommend.

Great new property convenient to everything. Nice decor with spacious rooms and a separate sitting area. Great gym and good hot breakfast. Ed at the front desk was awesome.

The size of the room and the layout with the couch was very spacious. I also loved the shampoo and body wash. No free parking.
