Hotel DOES NOT OFFER PARKING for guests. You gotta pay municipal parking downstairs. Not worth it if you are driving. Otherwise clean and well maintained rooms/property.

Had every TV channel but the one the US soccer match was on - Fox. Had to scramble to see the game. All they could offer was the Spanish language station.

Nice clean hotel.

But, I have two issues. You walk in expecting to walk into a regular lobby, regardless of the class of hotel. This one- no !! . You literally have to go up an elevator to the lobby level from the entrance. This causes confusion for the first time visitors. It looks like you missed the front entrance and ended in a service elevator entrance. A big board in bold letters at the entrance will be highly useful. The shade in the room was translucent and thin. Sun and streetlight comes in strong. Need thick shades. Room too bright day and night. Hard time sleeping.

Super friendly, clean and a good breakfast

Loved the room layout with large bathroom and a sitting area. Breakfast was ok—standard fare for most free hotel breakfasts. Nee Nee at desk was friendly. We had a drinks at bar. Bartender was not very friendly, but he made great drinks. Parking is a $10 charge.

Room, lobby and eating areas were very clean. Staff at desk were polite and helpful. Would stay there again.

Very well kept really nice rooms

Simple hotel near the highway, easy parking at a garage right beside the hotel. Staff were nice, quick check-in. Free breakfast was excellent.

There's no parking on site so that was frustrating but the hotel was clean and the staff was nice

Loved the hotel and location, just wished they had their own parking so I could charge it to the room since they authorize incidental charges.

The location was convenient to the theater, has a brewery right next door, a park across the street, urban artwork, and an English pub around the corner. (As well as expensive, inconvenient parking. Seriously, I had to go out at 6 am to move my car. Not ideal.) Overall, it was a great stay.

The mattress lost its firmness, we found it was re-seamed in a couple of sections, sign of its age. Breakfast area is too small, providing insufficient seating for the number of customers. I noticed several of them decided to leave with their food after searching for an available seat. The hotel does not have its own parking area. Clients need to use a city parking lot, not secured or monitored. Certainly that does not inspire any confidence. We would not recommend nor plan to come again.
