Pleasant stay staff was nice

Overall was a nice experience. Unfortunately our shower was full of hair from possibly the previous people in our room. But it was quiet and staff was friendly.

Room was clean

This is a very nice hotel in Downtown Albany. The beds are very comfortable, clean fresh linens and pillows. The bathroom shower is great, towels are clean and fluffy. Th breakfast is awesome too! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

very clean room, air conditioning was super cold, breakfast was amazing and had a big variety!

The hotel is located next to the greyhound bus station and several abandoned buildings. , but it’s easily accessible from the highway.

Nice place to stay. It is not dog friendly as i found out the next morning after my 2am check in. They did make accommodations so that was appreciated.

Close to downtown, close to the bike trail ( I am biking the trail from Buffalo), super clean room Sketchy area

Staff

Room was great and very close to downtime BUT parking is an issue. During our stay, they had an event and there was NO PARKING for the guests staying at the hotel. We arrived and spent 2 hours trying to get a parking space and there is no alternative places to park near by. This issue affected many guests and caused frustration. If you arrive, in the evening, see if there is an event that might affect parking.

I loved the staff and how nice and clean it was.I did not like that they had a party and we had no where to park and the music was very loud.

Our room was clean and there was enough parking for us. They have a covered entryway so you can unpack regardless of the weather and all the spots are pretty close to the door. If there was a coffee maker in the room, but we didn't need it because we went down to breakfast in the morning. I really enjoyed the breakfast and my wife says it was pretty good for this type of hotel. There were some hot items like french toast and eggs and they also had a waffle maker or two. They had packaged goods like Honey buns and a fridge with Hard-Boiled eggs and yogurt . I was surprised to find that the condiments were laid out in perfect order, all facing the same direction. They clearly put a lot of love and care into the breakfast. Utensils were all individually wrapped and so were the coffee cups which is very sanitary. The breakfast area was spacious and they had some TVs on with the news. The hallways were clean and the elevators were both functional and our room had everything we needed with spotless white sheets and comforters and towels all neatly folded. It's in a kind of interesting area of town, but we walked up to the Capitol building and the egg and stuff in 15 minutes or less. I would say 90% of people would be totally fine with this hotel and enjoy their experience here. I would happily stay here again.

The rooms are good. However the TVs are not and breakfast didn’t have anything meaty just eggs and toast and cereal. Bacon sausages would have been appreciated.

Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were clean and nice. Parking is an issue if you go out and get back latrt in the evening.

The room was very clean. The staff was very attentive. The breakfast was good , but we could have used some bacon, sausage, or ham.

Clean room, good breakfast, but the night was quite noisy, there were people hanging around in the parking lot over the night until 4am!

My only concern was the staff at breakfast not speaking much English. It was very hard to communicate with them and they didn’t refill or clean the area as much as they should have.
