Not good

A nice stay. Convenient too

We had a pleasant stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in downtown Albany. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. Check-in was smooth, and everyone we interacted with provided great service. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning wasn't as strong as we would have liked, but overall it didn't take away from our positive experience. We'd be happy to stay here again.

The staff were smart, kind and responsive and the whole place was very clean.

Breakfast selection had healthy (fruit, protine and some natural carbs) along with pastries, muffins waffles and hashbrowns. Coffee was great and offered many add ins if you dont drink it black. Staff was helpful and friendly. The whole place was neat and tidy.

Clean room and facility. Only issue was the curtain in the room would let the sun In super early and no way of pulling the outer curtain to block it. Other than that was a good 2 night stay.

The breakfast left A LOT to be desired but the room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was great, especially Housekeeping.

It is conveniently located with helpful staff.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The elevators weren't working when we first got there but they were fixed. The rooms were very clean and it seemed like this property is fairly new. The employees were very pleasant. The breakfast seemed very fresh and there was a decent selection. They did not have any bacon or sausage which did surprise me. The area is kind of remote and there are no stores or restaurants close by. That would be my only negative. It is definitely a good place to stay if you're only staying for a short time.

The woman who worked the overnight shift at the front desk was exceptional! She was very helpful and always wore a smile.

Property was between two abandoned buildings and the highway. Did not feel safe or secure at all. Shower didn’t work and the lighting was dim. Part of our group got stuck in an elevator and doors had to be prayed open and kids lifted out between floors.

checkout It was a noisy room, front facing the highway. I booked a room with a King bed, was given a queen room instead. When I went back to the front desk I was moved to another room, 'closer' to the elevator ok, but still a queen. I'm 6'7 300lb and was tired,.. it was a long day. I didn't get the rest I hoped for...

Very clean! Staff very helpful!! Room was very nice!! Loved the soap dispensers in the shower! Definitely would stay here again ! Very affordable!

Great location to attend concerts. Have stayed here several times. Staff is friendly & helpful. Requested a late checkout & no hesitation by staff to accommodate. Room was great. Breakfast was decent as well.
