Everything was good & definitely glad of the improvements from last time

Towels felt rough Toilet not working properly, I fixed it myself knowing about small toilet issues and because of time. Was not staying the next day, too late in the am for it not to be an inconvenience on all parties involved.

Location Facilities. Very old furnitures, carpet very old and looks dirty.

The room was okay, but it was not thoroughly cleaned. The previous guest’s garbage had not been taken out. The thermostat was not working properly it was stuck at one temperature and I couldn’t adjust it. I also found an empty pack of chips in the nightstand. However, the staff were friendly.

The room was next to the elevators and was very noisy. The tv was in a very inconvenient location on a dresser not near proper seating or good viewing from the bed. Just an odd layout overall.

Food service was good especially when supplies ran short but Diana & Adonis always do a great job to improvise & doesn't need the hotel manager Reid & some random New Person listening to complaining customer typically on the weekends complaining about nothing but want 5 star service

It was close to lot of places in Albany It’s not well kept . The breakfast was always not stocked.
